Overpriced - poor service

Overpriced - Poor Service.

Impossible to communicate with them, takes ages to get a response. I wanted refund for e gift card, only to find out they don't give refunds for ecards. Clothes are really overpriced. Have never and will never buy from them. Bought the gift card for a family member. Eventually got a very curt email telling me they don't refunds.

Using the Complete Gut Repair powder. Its amazing! Notice the difference after the first day. I had digestive issues after a stomach bug. This product deserves all the accolades, its brilliant. Tastes delicious too.

my expensive reusable water bottle was…

my expensive reusable water bottle was thrown away, a practice that is done at the end of every day! Who on earth throws away perfectly usable water bottle that belonged to a member. There is no one at the gym you can speak to, or comment anywhere on this useless exercise of throwing away stuff at the end of every day! Ben, the manager, never available to speak to.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. As a long time buyer of the red velvet birthday cake, they've cut back on the frosting, which makes the cake a little dry. Shame! used to be so good.

Don't waste your money!!

very disappointing, the ratio of pastry to filling is poor. Yes, there's lots of sugar sprinkled on top to give the pie a crunch, but the pastry is too thin. 15.00 pounds for pack of 6 mince pies - don't waste your money!!!!

Gave a rating of 1 as there isn't anything lower! I had an NHS appointment for physiotherapy. The female receptionist was so rude and abrupt. I was told in a phone conversation to come at 10:00, only to be told when I arrived that appoint was 11:45, as I couldn't come back I wanted to rearrange. The receptionist was really rude and told me that wasn't possible. As I started to leave she asked me "what reason shall I put down for not attending?". Not my problem!!! Hope the NHS don't get charged for this appointment. I have previously had a private appointment at the same place, as I was paying for this myself they couldn't have been nicer. Regardless of whether its NHS or private common courtsey costs nothing!

Just read a lot of 1 star reviews! My understanding was that Omaze notifes you when you win!! If you have to check your OWN numbers and contact Omaze if you have won, why do the winners on the video look surprised when they are notified they have won!!!??!?!?? So the question is do Omaze notify you or not? I don't check my numbers as I assume if I win they'll contact me!

Best dog food with so much variety

When we used to take Bertie to our son's house, who also has 2 dogs on Butternut, Bertie would rush to lick their food bowls when they had finished eating. Bertie has now been Butternutter for quite some time. My sister recently got a puppy who was on raw food which didn't agree with him. She then changed Woody's food to Butternut which he absolutely loved. Then my sister changed his food to another brand, poor Woody doesn't like his new food and refuses to eat it. We've also introduced about 50 people to Butternut on our doggie walks. The best dog food ever. Bertie has been on Butternut for over 18 months, still absolutely loves it and rushes to his food bowl when its din-din time.

Won't Pay Insurance Claim

This is update on my 2 previous reviews for the same company. When the goods arrived in the UK we found most of the glass items shattered. We wrote to Move Hub with copies of the broken items and requested that we compensated as they had charged for insurance in case of damaged goods. It has been 10 months, we have written several times, they completely ignore my emails.

We had a disastrous move with Movehub…

We had a disastrous move with Movehub Dubai when we moved to the UK from Dubai in the summer of 2021. We had 2 shipments, one that went into storage with Movehub in Dubai and the other to be shipped straightaway. I've wrote a separate review on this where they neglected to tell us that we had to apply for a ToR certificate from UK HMRC, which cost us money when the shipment arrived in the UK.

The second shipment arrived June 2022. When the shipment was delivered the delivery guys had told us that one of marble console table top was snapped into two. On opening I took pictures and sent to Movehub to make claim on the insurance. I have written to Movehub 4 times, it is now August 2022, there is still no reply from them. Completely ignoring me!!!!!

In response to the customer complaint…

In response to the customer complaint regarding the recent breakdown of the freezers, we like everyone else were disappointed that this happened. However, no business is perfect and problems and challenges sometimes occur. What is important is how those things are handled. We received notification as soon as they were aware that they would not be able to fulfill our order, and they have been very helpful on giving suggestions as to how we can provide alternative food for our dog during the 2 week period that we would be without their delivery. Because they are providing such an excellent product demand has soared and they have gone through tremendous growth, when this happens hiccups are bound to occur. We have found the customer service to be very empathetic and supportive and this small blip in their service has in no way shape or form damaged their reputation as far as we are concerned. I am sure they are as disappointed as their customers at not being able to fulfill this current batch of orders, but am equally sure they have learnt a great deal from this incident and will make the necessary changes to make sure the same problem does not occur again. Keep up the good work Butternut Box.
