In response to the customer complaint…
In response to the customer complaint regarding the recent breakdown of the freezers, we like everyone else were disappointed that this happened. However, no business is perfect and problems and challenges sometimes occur. What is important is how those things are handled. We received notification as soon as they were aware that they would not be able to fulfill our order, and they have been very helpful on giving suggestions as to how we can provide alternative food for our dog during the 2 week period that we would be without their delivery. Because they are providing such an excellent product demand has soared and they have gone through tremendous growth, when this happens hiccups are bound to occur. We have found the customer service to be very empathetic and supportive and this small blip in their service has in no way shape or form damaged their reputation as far as we are concerned. I am sure they are as disappointed as their customers at not being able to fulfill this current batch of orders, but am equally sure they have learnt a great deal from this incident and will make the necessary changes to make sure the same problem does not occur again.
