This company are just ignoring all my requests for information on my refund. They received my order back on 21st January but still refuse to help. Don’t be conned by there advertising. They are not trustworthy in any way shape or form. Be warned

This company must be the worst I have…

This company must be the worst I have ever come across including China. They promise the world and actually only give very little customer service. Don’t be fooled by the 4.5 Stars . Slow deliveries, poor quality, expensive prices and very little response if you complain. Money back guarantee is no good if they don’t give you your refund after receiving the awful goods back

I don’t believe for one minute that I am the only person to has received bad service from this company. The products are so cheap and poorly made that you can buy them direct from China yourself for a third of the price. Please look around before purchasing

Halfords Widnes are so bad they should not be able to trade. Sold me a warranty on two tyres for £9.99 each but refused to honour it as my van is a part of a company. They took two hours to fix my slow puncture and staff are very rude.

I was not aware the policy was with a black box. What a con. Asking me to read the small print after I have purchased the policy does not help in anyway. Surely it should be warned by other means. I feel so cheated yet again by insurance companies

The whole design and ethos does not…

The whole design and ethos does not work and is no way near correct . Watch states 150/90 when using a normal armband it’s 127/77. Even if it’s an average it’s still way out. I have already tried Support and they don’t help. Awful tech with awful support. It seems that all your support can do to help is tell me about the products failures of which I already know. It’s not intended to replace this and that. This product is not fit for any normal person other than a robot. What a total waste of £180. I could have bought 8 bp machine that actually do work
