We chose a set package that seemed too good to be true! The whole process was made so easy thanks to Harris’ excellent knowledge and clear communication. He took the time to thoroughly explain exactly what was included, which gave us real confidence in what we were booking - no surprises, just complete clarity.
As first-time cruisers, we especially appreciated the helpful advice and tips he shared, talking us through what to expect onboard, how excursions work, and what to pack for that part of the world, which made us feel much more prepared and excited about what time of year to go.
He also explained the destinations themselves, what the experience would be like in both Canada and Alaska, and what makes the itinerary so special. This is a trip in a lifetime that we thought we wouldn’t be able to afford - the fact it included all of the highlights we’d wanted from thinking about this trip for over 12 months, was a bonus.
My questions were answered quickly and thoroughly, and the overall customer service was friendly, professional, and reassuring throughout.
We’re now counting down the days and feel completely confident everything is in place. Would highly recommend, especially if you’re new to cruising or visiting this part of the world!

Friendly staff on check-in and helped look into some issues with cosmetic body work that had been done at a different dealer. Gave opinion and good advice. Would recommend and use in the future.

The entire process of booking our holiday to Santorini with Jet2 was smooth. I like that you know what's included in your holiday without extras being charged at the end for baggage etc.
This is the second time I've booked with Jet2 and wouldn't hesitate to book again. The information and updates are clear, check-in was easy and quick. I also like the fact that you are not hassled by reps in resort. Our hotel was stunning as was the entire holiday.

Buying a car from Walsall Motors was very straight forward. Mian was very helpful and honest about the car and we were very pleased with our purchase. Vehicle came with service history and a three month warranty, very happy overall.

I've just had my loft boarded by Instaloft. The fitters, Lee & Sam and the Electrician, Ollie, were tidy and I'm very pleased with the work. They kept me informed of their arrival and departure by text so I could arrange to meet them at the property and were very friendly and helpful.
I'm really happy overall, especially as it's a new build and I was advised not to have the loft boarded! Steve, the Surveyor reassured me all of this was fine and explained fully.

Very impressed with Purple Bricks so far and in particular, my property expert for the Lichfield area, Jacqui Perchard. I was a little sceptical of Purple Bricks to start with, the cost seemed too low when compared with other estate agents fees and I was also concerned with how much I would have to do myself. Jacqui talked me through the entire process and was very transparent.
Jacqui was available for questions at any time via phone, text or email and her response times throughout the journey have been speedy.
Her approach was professional but friendly and although I was very nervous from the outset, Jacqui not only empathised, but made me see things positively as I started a new chapter.
The advert was prepared quickly and the photos were of a high standard, in fact Jacqui agreed to pop back a second time to take outside photos on a sunny day! It took no time at all for the advert to be live. Thanks for your help and support Jacqui.
