He took the time to thoroughly explain exactly what was included, which gave us real confidence in what we were booking - no surprises, just complete clarity.
As first-time cruisers, we especially appreciated the helpful advice and tips he shared, talking us through what to expect onboard, how excursions work, and what to pack for that part of the world, which made us feel much more prepared and excited about what time of year to go.
He also explained the destinations themselves, what the experience would be like in both Canada and Alaska, and what makes the itinerary so special. This is a trip in a lifetime that we thought we wouldn’t be able to afford - the fact it included all of the highlights we’d wanted from thinking about this trip for over 12 months, was a bonus.
My questions were answered quickly and thoroughly, and the overall customer service was friendly, professional, and reassuring throughout.
We’re now counting down the days and feel completely confident everything is in place. Would highly recommend, especially if you’re new to cruising or visiting this part of the world!
