Great experience with Sharon!

Spoke to Sharon who was professional, warm and friendly. It all needed to be completed within 24 hours, (last cabin in our category), and the person with whom I am travelling, lives 70 miles away, so it was a bit of a panic! Anyway, it was all completed within little more than 10 minutes, which was fantastic, as I was rushing to an appointment. Thank you, Cruise Kings. It is my first experience and certainly will not be my last with yourselves!

Pharmacy2U takes good care of me!

It is great that Pharmacy2U sends out a reminder that it is time to order your medications again, especially useful in today's busy world! All I have to do is tick a few boxes and then Pharmacy2U takes care of the order and finally posts the medications to my address.

For about 6 weeks now

For about 6 weeks now, I have been asking for assistance in determining where the button is, that you refer to in your confirmation email. Been trying to obtain a £50 Tesco voucher, you then send a confirmation email, wherein it states, "please click on the following button, otherwise your order will not be accepted". Where on earth is this button? I am absolutely disgusted with Nicequest as a company. I feel insulted when you reply with silly responses, such as asking me to video my problem. Pardon? HOW do I video my problem which is that I am asking you where this button is? You have absolutely no respect for your surveyors and if people read my many reviews, it will turn them away from you. Do you not care?

Waiting for help for nearly a month now

Please see my earlier complaint. It is now over a week later and still having the same problem. Have worked hard on your surveys, and been trying to obtain a £50 Tesco voucher. Your confirmation email asks me to click on the button below. Can somebody please tell me where it is possible to find a button on an email? You have not helped me at all.

So simple. Received my medication request reminder, completed it, returned it, and within a matter of a few days, my meds were delivered. Brilliant.

Great experience!

Firstly the sales reps were extremely kind, as when they realised I was due to have a small heart procedure the following day, taxis were ordered to collect me from home and also return me home. When we sat to have a conversation about Mayfield Villages, I was treated with respect and not pushed into making a fast decision.

This company is now working well

This company is now working well! Reminds me in a timely fashion that I might need to reorder my meds and then if required to do so, Pharmacy2U gets approval from my GP, orders and posts out to me. It all happens very smoothly!

Management should be ashamed of themselves!

I will be honest, but I will find it very difficult to be constructive, as I have just discovered that Primark's customer service is shocking. They do not even understand the meaning of the term. I am a 67 year old lady who lives alone and have no family. Unfortunately I was rushed to hospital 3 weeks ago and taken into resus with heart problems, before being admitted for 2 weeks, This meant that I was unable to return some goods to Primark within the 28 day timeframe. I have spent several hours calling not only Head Office but also 4 stores to ask if I could have a couple more days to return the goods, as I am not long out of hospital. Nobody ever answers the phone, even at Head Office. In fact you are cut off after it rings a few times. Unlike Next and M & S and Roman, Primark does not "have a heart" and will not allow me to return £20 worth of goods a little late - even though I can provide proof. How could I possibly return on time, when I have been "blue lighted" with sirens into hospital? I have been told that you are unable to help. Your staff could not even wish me all the best. What sort of training do you give your staff? I am mortified to learn that this is what you think of your customers. I am seriously thinking of taking this to the papers.

What made my experience great was the fact that you can always speak to a member of staff on the phone, (so different to other companies I deal with, including surgeries and hospitals). Also every single member of staff is professional, courteous, helpful and pleasant. Training, I would say, is excellent.

A great experience

A great experience. Upon arrival, I was escorted to the testing area within 1 minute. All over and done very quickly. The results were with me within about an hour.
