MULTIFOCAL LENSES

I had visited my Optician and we agreed that I would commence using multifocal lenses. It took 5 minutes to go online and change my details, including the new prescription. My order arrived the following morning. Easy!!!

Great Improvement!

Pharmacy 2 U has improved a great deal. There were certainly "teething" problems at the start, but thankfully everything has been sorted now and I experience the service as excellent.

At the startFeeling Good!!!

At the start, I was put off to determine that the account would be app based. However, I went ahead and downloaded the app. Applied for the account and the rest is history! Turned out to be an easy, straightforward thing to do and even though it is early days, I feel comfortable with Atom and assured that it is a professional, trustworthy operation.

Have been with Pharmacy 2 U for a few years now. Whilst they started off with a few hiccups, on the whole, the service is now excellent. In this busy world, it is very good to be reminded when to reorder. One of the many bonuses of being a customer.

We would, never, ever, deal with Planet Cruise again. Whilst I DO UNDERSTAND that we are in an unprecedented position because of the coronavirus, I am not willing to accept this as a total reason for the abysmal customer service. We requested a full refund on 3rd July and are still waiting. Apart from one email (which I had to beg for) dated 9th October 2020, apologising for the delay (and sent to all customers), they have not had the courtesy to keep us informed. Surely at least on a 2 weekly or monthly basis, we could be updated? Honestly, if I had been paid for the amount of time I have spent either trying to reach somebody on the phone or emailing, I would have earned myself a fair sum! By the way, I only managed to get the email mentioned above, by complaining through Resolver, (Martin Lewis's complaint tool). We also lost the chance of future cruise credit because we were given incorrect information by two members of staff. At a later stage, a more senior member of staff advised me that most of the staff did not have a clue about any new information which needed to be provided following the beginning of the pandemic. She added that most of the staff were terribly confused. Yes, but the one thing they are not terribly confused about, is holding onto our money. If I could have given Planet Cruise no star, I would have done so. Have so little faith, wondering whether I will still be waiting for our money in 6 months or a year's time? Who knows??????

Personally

Personally, I feel it is a little difficult to review a company when you have never spoken to a member of staff and have only used the internet. However, having said that, this is my second year with Now 4 Cover and I am happy with the new quote. Not too bad.

Things had improved... but not now.

Things had improved, but have now taken a backwards turn.
One of my regular medications has been unavailable every
time I order it since December; but nobody ever takes the
time to inform me. I order it, hear nothing, and it takes a
phone call from me to determine that it is not available.
Communication is of the utmost importance but just fails
to happen with Pharmacy 2 U.

Good Morning Ms Linton,

Thank you for your review.

I am very sorry to learn of the unavailability of your medication. Upon checking your account, I can see that this specific item has been unavailable since December as you have specified, my colleague did contact you in December via email to advise of this situation and we requested that you speak with your GP regarding an alternative medication. This email was sent on the 03/12/18.

As the medication you are being prescribed is still unavailable due to a manufacturing problem we have still been unable to complete your orders. We cancelled the order in January and February also because of this reason, my colleague did email you again regarding the status of the medication on the 20/02/19.

At this point we can only refer you to your GP for an alternative medication, I can only offer my apologies for the inconvenience.

Should you wish to discuss this in more detail or if you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.
