Have been with Pharmacy To You for a…

Have been with Pharmacy To You for a few years now and I must admit that they have "ironed out teething problems" which they had at the beginning. However, I do wish they would inform me when, for whatever reason, my surgery has not agreed a prescription for a particular medication. It is so annoying to be left "high and dry" and not sure what is happening!

Thank you for your review.

When a part prescription is issued/not issued, the request would still be pending with the GP's surgery, we continue to chase the surgery for the request, but I am aware the patient is not informed.

We are looking into improving this part of the service we provide, to ensure patients are notified when part of a request is authorised or if the surgery provide a reason for the message to be communicated back to the patient.

We are yet to be provided with a timescale of when this will be implemented but it is in development.

InitiallyThings can only get better!

Initially, Pharmacy 2 U Ltd. were experiencing problems with their computer system and I found this harrowing. I actually considered pulling away from the company at one stage. However, during the previous 6 months, things have improved enormously and everything is running very smoothly.

My house underwent pinning 20 years ago and until now I had found it impossible to change insurer. However, this year I struck lucky with Intelligent Insurance and the person to whom I spoke made the whole process quite simple. Thank you.

No lounge light for ages!

I employed an independent electrician some time ago to install a new
lighting fixture in my living room. After about a couple of weeks, it
stopped working entirely. I was really annoyed, having paid out quite
a bit to the electrician. Several people informed me afterwards that
the new fixture should not have been connected up to a dimmer switch.
So much for the electrician! Anyway, Homeserve sent one of their
young men to have a look, and hey presto, I had a working light
literally 2 minutes after he had arrived. Thank you Homeserve.

Well impressed so far!

I have only had one delivery to date but so far am well impressed.
My initial reservation was understandably whether or not I would
receive bona fide medication, having read about medication
websites which provide medication full of all sorts of "rubbish"
potentially harmful to the user. As indicated earlier, well impressed
so far!
