I had a terrible experience with Zolve

I had a terrible experience with Zolve. The only way to get in touch with them is via email, and I’ve been struggling to transfer the ownership of my AT&T SIM to my name. Despite explaining my issue multiple times, they are not to able to comprehend the problem Their customer service seems to be confused, not grasping the difference between transferring billing responsibility and switching the network.
Now i have been trying to reach them to unlock my sim. But they are not responsding

Zolve is the worst bank I've ever…

Zolve is the worst bank I've ever tried!
Customer service is supposed to reply within 48 hours, but actually, they almost never reply my tickets, and when you complain they say again "we're going to reply within 48 hours"!
Recently, I've done some money transfers, neither receiving nor sending work! It's been more than 2 weeks, and the money has never been recieved. Now my landlady thinks I'm a liar, because of them was supposed a rent payment!
Additionally, I've requested to get my debit card many times, I've never recieved it! it's crazier when talking about credit card, it's been more than 7 months and still no reply! By the way, I've sent them all the requested documents and they all have been verified and approved! I can keep listing more and more flaws...
In conclusion, based on my experience with them, I DO NOT ADVISE ANYBODY TO BE A ZOLVE MEMBER.

False Advertising.

So after going though the whole process of uploading and verifying all my KYC documents my account shows 90%. I thought lets give it a few days.
Later on contacted support who, firstly does not have a clue about the business, probably some low cost Indian call centre (Deepak was the agent), secondly I was informed that they do not provide the service yet.
I was also told they will be providing it soon, however, if I look at some of the other reviews, this has been going on for a while now.

Zolve is like a robot gone wrong. If you need your direct deposits to be consistent. Don’t ever think about Zolve. If you’re ok with talking to a robot. Choose Zolve! Have fun with Zolve if you still choose to put your fund in Zolve! I wish you luck!

Total scam!!

Total scam!!! After uploading all of my personal documentation and everything getting approved. My account said 90% complete I contacted customer service who told me they would get back to me within 24 hours. Never heard anything back so I contacted customer service to inquire about a update on my account. I was then randomly told they are no longer offering services to anyone. So now I then submitted my passport my address my social and all of my personal things and I’m just now being told this. Why was this not said at the beginning of sign up? Now I feel like they just wanted to get my information to sell it. This is by far the worst company ever! Do not sign up with them or give your information your account will say 90% complete like mine and then they will give you the run around and then eventually tell you they aren’t accepting customers after accepting customers! Total waste

Beautiful experience so far

Quickest onboarding ever seen for a us credit card and bank account. Just fantastic! Was ready to use my credit card and zolve bank account within 15 minutes. Keep it up Zolve. Looking forward to a long term relationship.

Best app for immigrants in US

Had a great experience with Zolve.
It took me 2 days to get a bank appointment in US but with Zolve I had a US bank account and even a credit card in just minutes.
Recommend Zolve to all folks moving to US. Best credit card for immigrants.

Will also consider getting auto loan from them. They offer auto loan without SSN which is amazing for immigrants.

My big brother

Zolve has been very helpful to
Me as an international student.
They gave me credit card with a $4250 limit. Also, i got free US bank account.
The best part is all this was available to me while in India. So, once i Landed i was transacting from day 1. My friends had to wait weeks to get a bank account and still dont have a credit card. I have referred all of them to Zolve.

Thanks a lot Zolve for such amazing service to us international students.

Excellent Product!

Excellent Product for someone who is looking to move to the U.S. My onboarding process was seamless and I was able to apply for a credit card within a matter of minutes. I activated the card as soon as I landed in the U.S. and been using it since. 100% would recommend it.

Faced 5 issue in less than a month…

Faced 5 issue in less than a month since opening account. 1. Bank transfer to add money is not possible as the routing number provided by Zolve is not available. 2. Debit card details were not showing in between. 3. Transfer via zelle getting failed. 4. Discount offer generating link pages are giving not found or some html error. 5. Zolve card is not getting money via zelle app Very disappointed with the banking experience.

Most affordable & convenient Neo Bank

The onboarding process for creating a bank account and credit card was very smooth. I was delighted to get a high limit credit card to use kn the US. I could also transfer money easily from India to the US at very affordable costs.

A senior of mine recommended me to try…

A senior of mine recommended me to try Zolve. I didn't even know what a neo bank was and how did it function. But then I got a US credit card (also my very first credit card), in India itself. After talking to one of their representatives, I have also managed to get the cheapest money transfer rates. Although I have my inhibitions since I'm handling it all by myself for the first time, I am hopeful that they'll continue to help me.

Zolve gave me a higher credit limit…

Zolve gave me a higher credit limit then what I was getting with other banks, and the interface is fairly simple.

Saved around 10k remitting the first installment of tuition fees through them rather than my Indian bank.
