I chatted with a customer service representative on the Raisin platform. The agent was very helpful. She answered all of my questions regarding a bonus that Raisin was offering for a deposit of new money. Agents have always been very helpful, knowledgeable and polite when I have had questions or concerns.

I love using Raisin for my investments. I could spend a lot of time in the stock market and perhaps make more money overall, but then I would have to deal with gains and losses and have a more complicated tax return. Raisin lets me choose my high yield savings and/or CD account options and watch my money grow at a reasonable and guaranteed rate. No muss, no fuss. It is easy to transfer money in and out of accounts and there are no fees while you get top-tier earnings. This truly is a platform made for those who don't want to settle for meager bank interest, but also don't want the complication of the stock market. I could not be more pleased. At the end of the year you get a 1099-INT to add to your tax return. As simple as it gets!

Been a Raisin platform client since Jan 2023 so well into my 4th year now and have had truly a profitable experience! Customer service normally quite good and even when a lesser experienced rep seems unable to proceed there are supervisors or managers who step in and get the ball home. Good support by phone and email both and exceptions to policy were indeed made when I advocated for myself in a couple of instances too - always a good thing to see from any corporate entity⭐️. For fixed income investing I’d recommend Raisin for sure!

Raisin has competitive rates which I enjoy but what really impresses me most, is the ease of use of their website.
It is very easy to manuver and for me, that's one less thing to worry about. Also, I had to call their customer service once or twice, they were friendly and very helpful. Bravo Raisin for a job well done !!!

The interest rate being paid is higher than anywhere else so that is a major plus. Website is easy to navigate. I have only been using a couple of months. I like that I can set up recurring monthly deposits. The only downside is the money is not insured so I only put in what I can afford to lose.

You establish your credentials once and are ready to go with options that include high yield savings accounts and CDs as well as no penalty CDs. Rates a very competitive and you avoid the hassle associated with investing with individual banks. I have recommended Raisin to many people who are very pleased as well.

Great rates and an easy user interface to check my balance and transfer money

The experience was smooth. I did receive a bonus code in an email after I initiated my transfer, I sent an email request to ask whether I could still receive the bonus. I was advised that I will be placed on a list of accounts that we have to put the bonus code on the account to ensure that you can receive the bonus.

Raisin sources competitive rates for CDs and HIgh-Yield Savings Accounts. Their app is easy to use and the one time I called Customer Service, the representative was personable and very helpful. I will be investing through Raisin for the foreseeable future.
