Desperately need a bank to link via…

Desperately need a bank to link via plaid for transfers while I was abroad, due to my chase account randomly closing my account with zero explanation. After applying to 20+ banks and being rejected, zolve was there to patch the situation. As a us citizen I'm very disappointed in the banking system that almost trapped me in southeast Asia. Thank you zolve! It makes me look a Indian run companies in a whole different light!

This is the most open “fraud” company

This is the nightmare credit card company that has one clear intension/motto: “Not to help customers, instead rob them in all ways possible”.
Last month they had this “processor migration”, and on that reason, they charged double interests or fee. But the resolution happened very lately, almost had me thinking everyday about my double charged money.
And 1 month back i transacted some amount to my credit card, which it did not credited yet. What happened to that money, god knows.

Fraud Alert

Fraud Alert – Zolve Loan Scam Experience

I had a very disturbing and unprofessional experience related to a loan application with Zolve.

A person named Shrikant Prasad, who introduced himself as a Zolve employee, approached me regarding loan approval. During the conversation, he demanded ₹20,000 as a “commission” and clearly said that this money was required to get my loan approved.

He also said:

This discussion should remain strictly confidential

If I do not pay ₹20,000, my loan application would be rejected

This raised serious red flags. I immediately checked with my friends and other reliable sources, and they confirmed that Zolve does NOT charge any commission for loan approval. This means the person was trying to commit fraud using Zolve’s name.

If I was not alert, I could have easily lost my money. This is a clear case of attempted fraud, blackmail, and misuse of a company’s brand name.

Zolve management must take strict action against such employees, otherwise more innocent customers may get cheated.
Customers should be extremely careful — no genuine loan company asks for commission or personal payments.

Because of this experience, my trust in Zolve has been badly affected.

It's been almost 2 months

It's been almost 2 months. They said that I was approved and I've been waiting for my credit card even the virtual one and when I go to the credit Tab and I hit it it's just stuck. I have contacted customer service consistently. I have no response I also have evidence saying hey congratulations! We'll be issuing your card soon

Credit card blocked over a month now

I was able to successfully use my credit card 3 times (out of the 6 rejected attempts) before they blocked my card stating only "unusual activity detected" and to contact them using the link to their multi level bot support that solves nothing. I was given a reference number and would receive further instructions from the fraud dept within 48 hrs. Nope. Called and got the same outcome. I have tried to follow up many times without success over the MONTH that has past without being contacted by anyone from Zolve let alone having access to the account. I did receive multiple emails soliciting referrals and other services along with a reminder to pay for the 60 bucks worth of credit I managed to utilize during the 3 whole days it was accessible.

I had a poor experience with this…

I had a poor experience with this service. I tried multiple times to make payments but was unable to due to system issues. Customer support asked me to submit a bank statement to investigate, which I did, but the issue was never resolved. Instead, I was charged $240 in late fees, and my waiver request was denied without clear explanation. I was willing to pay, but the lack of support and accountability made this very frustrating.

Suggest to everyone tonot open with them

Suggest to everyone to open a normal credit card; anyway, but not with them, they say no need for SSN, but in reality, they need it. They can't help you build a credit history. They are the same as others, but others are banks. These are online banks that can close at any time, and you lose everything not safe for you these days. So open an account with CapitalOne OR OTHER BANKS

They have your personal information and may use it for identity theft. Solve is a scam and consumer beware. Do not use this product they are thieves and liars

Warning about Zolve Credit

Zolve has blocked my credit card account for over two weeks with zero explanation, even after promising a “24-hour update” that never came.
There’s been no suspicious activity on my end—just a standard dispute I filed. Now my account is frozen and support has gone completely silent. This comes after several the card was blocked or refused to work during ordinary usage.

Zolve is a fintech that advertises 24/7 customer service. Yet days have passed without a single update, even after reaching out to their For an agile, VC funded company claiming around-the-clock support, this delay is insane.

My guess is they only care about growth numbers. Once you're in they purposely obfuscate the card's utility and usage. I’ve already filed complaints with the BBB, CFPB, FTC, their CEO office and the partner bank (Community) but Zolve still refuses to respond or lift the hold. At this point it feels like they’re keeping my account locked indefinitely.
If anyone else has run into this problem or can offer a solution please let me know.

Zolve been having my account locked for the past 14 days 11/11/25 to be exact I have yet to hear from them or have anything done bout this. As of today I wouldn't recommend zolve to anyone or you will be stressed stuck in a bad spot like me.

Very supportive and helpful throughout the loan process

Mr. Praveen from Zolve is extremely patient, supportive and understanding. He provided me with as many options as possible considering my financial situation and helped me secure an education loan with the desired amount, lowest ROI and processing fees possible from a reputable indian NBFC. He has also helped me through a few hiccups with another nbfc so that I would not suffer financial damage. He made the whole journey as seamless as possible.

Unable to close my account despite paying them.

They havent closed my account for entire month and Iam about to get charged their yearly renewal fee.

They offered card initially which was helpful when you are abroad but after two years they became a headache. I have asked them to close my account and they keep saying please confirm on call, confirm on chat, confirm on mail.

This is a fraud company which gives you card for free but later charge you yearly and harass you for closing it and their employee sucks.
