Don't buy from this online shop. I ordered a planetarium and 1 disc and I received only the disc! Sent countless emails and all were returned as wrong email and their phone does not work. Could anyone do anything? I read on Facebook the advertisement!!

Same as the rest of reviews. Ordered the planetarium with 2 discs and only received the 2 discs. Have sent countless emails to only be bounced back. They still have contact details on their website. Nothing but robbers. Do not order from them.

Scam waited over 2 months only got two disk no projector. And can’t email company

Same issues as the rest. Filed a claim today with Paypal. Hopefully see some action. Very disappointed. Even filed a poor review on their web page and it was declined. Pay pal should not permit their services.

I was once like you. I thought that they had a product that my children would enjoy. Well I received half of it. I received 4 useless discs cause they never sent the projector. Please.... Save yourself money and heartache. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The Email is fake. Google sent back responses about being unable to process my claim because the address is incorrect.

Same here, I ordered a planetarium and only received a disc.

Besides, the Celestial Moon Lamp I had ordered is nothing like what I received. It was supposed to be in white and yellow light and you can change the light with a button. What I received was a complete piece of crap, the moon lamp is in pink, blue and green light, you can only switch it on and off. It's only a glowing sphere instead of a moon lamp.

I have sent a complain email to them yesterday but they don't seem to be at work. Very poor product quality and customer service.

I see I’m not the only one this happened to. I ordered the planetarium with 2 discs and only received the discs not the planetarium. I have to contact them tomorrow via email and see what happens. Plus it took over a month to receive the discs

i have had the same problem, emails were not delivered, ill be contacting the bank tomorrow to see if I can get a refund, wish i'd read these reviews first

As with so many others on this page, I ordered the home planetarium with 2 discs.
I placed the order on 12th November and, firstly, the order was late (arriving too late to be the Christmas present it was intended to be) and, secondly, the package contained only the 2 discs and no planetarium.
My emails to them were rejected, so I contacted them through PayPal. They asked for photos and barcode info, which I sent, and they eventually offered me a 50% refund, but I am not happy with that. The discs are no good to me without the planetarium projector to view them on! They said the advert and order was for just the discs, but it clearly stated "planetarium with disc #1 and disc #2.
They said they have now changed the ad so it's not misleading, but I've looked and they haven't. They are still scamming people the same way!
I have started a case through PayPal, and hope to get a full refund, but I don't need this stress and disappointment.
My worry is that they will ask me to return the discs, then claim never to receive them!
If I knew then what I know now, I would never have bought anything from this company. I never shall again and advise anyone else to steer well clear of them too. It's just not worth it!

I received a full refund through PayPal as the seller never responded to the case.

I ordered the #Christmas Sale!60,000 stars Original Home and received only 2 disc... What do I do with the disc? The add showed a globe to put the discs in and no where did it say I was just buying the disc.. what do I play these in?? Not happy!!!

Same deal as everyone else, ordered 2 planetariums and the four discs, only received the four discs. Email is bad, POC listed on website is bad; will see if paypal will do something.....Mine were also meant to be Christmas gifts, bites the big one!

They are a big SCAMMERS . Like everyone reviews , I got the 2 cd’s but no projector. I tried calling the number they provided but said it’s an invalid number. I tried call sending emails but never went through . It keep saying the recipient’s server does not want to accept the request to connect. That supposed to be our Santa gift for our daughter last Christmas. I hope someone will be able to track this scammers.

i orderd the Planetarium projector with 2 Disk and only received 2 Disk and nothing else.
These Scammers have a Facebook page called Cncy which links you to ZoeShe , which where i originally spotted the Planetarium.
i tried to reply to there email and also clicked there contact email address and also typed the email address and all comes back undelivered as it is a foney email address..
these guys are scammers and im now im nearly $40 lost..
SCAMMERS VERY BAD SCAMMERS.
if you check these out on Ebay it prices at $100.99
so it goes to show how they make you think your getting a good deal not knowing that you will not receive the projector atall so charging you $40 almost just for 2 disk.
put in Home star original platetarium in on ebay,
they price at different prices but the exact one we all ordered is $100.99
