never got my 70% off total scam and US site .Only wanted 1 box not 3 Must avoid U S sites.Always cause me trouble.

People should steer clear of this company. Their selling tactics lull customers into an extra charge and high delivery costs. My £24.99 order cost me £99.99. I was unable to cancel the order and despite several emails received no response to my request to return the parcel.

I placed my order on 10/11/26. 10/13/26 I received an email stating my order had been shipped. Nothing on their website states foreign shipping. The tracking information provided is fake. I called and was told I have to wait for my package. This is a scam

Didn't even click confirm and they charged me almost $200! Then claimed they couldn't cancel the "order" that I never even made! Disputing charge with credit card company. beware!

Emailed the support team for times with no-one having the decency to respond. Absolute joke...... no customer service!

Website is a scam. Offer states 3 boxes for $22 bucks but when you attempt to process your card it tried to charge me $74.92 eight times. Gotcha thief

The site I was on was all Australian and yet when charged the cost was in USD, which was not declared. Postage was also ridiculously high. When I approached the company about this and requesting to cancel order, I was ignored. Terrible customer service

If I could give them zero I would as site implies cost is aud when in fact it is usd. And given I placed the order 11 days ago and have sent 2 emails with no reply received, the product hasn't even been sent. So this mob make themselves uncontactable. They are low life scammers

This company is a SCAM and they are FRAUDSTERS.
I have emailed this company 4 times requesting that they do not send me Akemi Coffee Boost and issue me a refund, the 1st email was sent 5 minutes after I had looked at the product, even though it was supposed to be an Australian site when I checked my bank account, $111.33 was pending but had been changed to US dollars. I then emailed another 3 times asking for my refund before I received an email stating that it was out for shipping. Not 1 representative has had the decency to email me back. The money was still pending when I sent the 2nd & 3rd email. Not happy at all with this so called company, I have learnt the hard way

I saw the ad on Facebook for 70% off, got taken to another page, & when I was trying to find out how many packets were in a box it asked me if I wanted to complete the order, so I said yes because under CDN$20 was totally affordable for me. Then I received an email that said thank you for the order, & that $74 had been charged to my PayPal account. When I checked my bank account, $111.33 had been taken. I sent an email to Akemi & PayPal right away, because I’m not in a position to spend that kind of amount on anything except groceries! That was October 2nd & I still haven’t received a response from Akemi or PayPal. Not only that but the price was exponentially increasing! This is extremely poor business practice.

I ordered on line The price was in dollars and the orders going through were all in Australian states. The catch was that price and postage was US $ which you did not find out until you had added all your details and finalised the order. I immediately emailed requesting they cancel my order. I have emailed twice since with no reply .not happy Jan

This product is NOT what they have advertised.
It has a distinctive taste and is brown in colour. You can’t add it to any drink and not taste it. YUK!!
I have emailed them 7 times and still haven’t got a reply. They advertise money back guarantee but it’s not true as they don’t answer your emails for an address to send it back to.
A total waste of $100.
Not happy as I have wasted my money hoping I would use weight.

DO NOT PURCHASE SCAM I have learnt the hard way and have not received a response to me emails ! Will keep going each day and reporting as fraud’ doubt anyone from this doge company will ever read these reviews let alone respond to emails dodge as all shit !

BEWARE-I ordered a single box and the prompt pushed me to a second box of xl boost. When my order was confirmed it also included 3 boxes of boost tea which I did not order. I have contacted the customer service via text three times requesting an adjustment prior to my order shipping with absolutely no response. I am contacting my credit card provider to file fraudulent charges.

List of ingredients on box but need to scan QR for total instruction.Do not have app and when I emailed the stated contact address was informed that address does not exist.

I wanted to read real reviews from people that previously bought Akemi Coffee Boost. I was hoping to do a video chat with one or more people to learn how they lost the weight. I want real results before I buy. I was pressing different buttons on the site trying to find out all I can. I felt like I was being pressured to buy. I was trying to look at everything and their site kept putting up the three options that I could buy. I rescued two dogs today and I have quit most of jobs so money is tight. I lost my husband 3 years ago to cancer.I will find out in two weeks if I'm facing back surgery in a few weeks. Then both knees,shoulders, and neck. I have tried two different patches but being in menopause I sweat so bad that they fall off. I need to lose 70 lbs. Respectful advice would be great 😃
