I lost 40 dollars...

Ordered a planitariam with a disc only received a disc t that is incompatible.

Scammed like everyone else, will claim from PayPal and then credit card company if they don’t do anything.

ZOESHE, WHAT A RIP OFF! Don’t buy from this scam artist!!!!!!!!!! You won’t get your products you paid for.

Same as everyone else wish I had read this before purchase ,nothing but a scam to get people's hard earned money needs to be shut down

Same here disputed it with paypal they advised have to ship it back to get refund at my expense. Will cost almost 40 to ship back. So now have disc Will try to find a projector. It is a shame that paypal is even having you ship back the item when zoeshe are clearly scamming people. They should take the loss, not get it back just to do it to someone else. I'm not sure how paypal got in contact with them and I couldn't even get an email to them. They all would come back undeliverable.

Just like everyone who posted. Zoeshe is a joke. I've tried to contact them about my order Stars Original Home Planetarium. Charged me $79.98 and didn't get my Planetarium but only 4 disks. I have tried and tried to contact them and nothing. My next step is to try to have Paypal deal with this dispute. DO NO BY FROM ZOESHE!!

Same as everyone else unfortunately. Completely mugged off!! Emails to zoeshe.com bounce back as un-delivered, also emails to Shenzhen Logistics go unanswered. I have raised a dispute with PayPal, but I suspect I will not get a refund because shangwxg12345outlookcom (who I receives the payment for Zoeshe through paypal), who didn't respond to my emails, even through the paypal resolution centre, DID respond to Paypals request for information by posting the Heremes tracking number and nothing else. The tracking number doesn't state what has been sent. It's the number for the disk that they send! PayPal will no doubt side with Zoeshe and not authorise a refund. DONT TRUST ZOESHE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Same problem, ordered planetarium and 1 disk, only the disk arrived! email bounces back and phone number does not exist!

Ordered the home planetarium which never arrived. PayPal refused to help me as seller said they have signatures for delivery. Lost £40. Beware of this fake website

I saw the add on my facebook page,so i assumed the site was bonafide,it caught my eye with the home planetarium ,this item is so you can look at the solar system from your living room ceiling it looked really good ,so i bought it ,a few weeks later after no payment receipt email or delivery details i received a disc.....bought it nov time,still no projector to put the disc in,countless emails to them for any news ,absolutely nothing,so i contacted shopify as they seem to be the people that find out what is going on ,and that is all i know ,can not give a order number as email not arrived with it on ,really disappointed and quite dubious about ordering anything from china at all,all i want is the projector i paid for

Ordered from them the planetarium like everyone else only received 2 discs. Disputed it with PayPal, only to be told I have to register and send the items back to them, which is going to cost me £6.10?!? Outrageous.

horrible people. Takes your money gives you nothing. Their email doesn't work their phone # is bogus. They stole $68 from me and I don't know how much from my sister. Beware!

Zero stars. I paid 40.00 USA dollars for a president for my grandson on Dec 1 2019, I never received the projector for the 2 disc to see the Galaxy. I e-mailed them 10 times and they never responded.
They still are trying to sell the product to people, I'm not sure if this product even exists.

Back in the end of November is when I ordered not one but two of those Home Planetariums and since then to this date, January 12th, 2020, I have only received two discs and they are not a set but two of the same discs. I did not receive two Planetariums nor the other two discs that are a part of the #1 set. I wrote to them to at their sales address and later to their service address only to find that their server was not connecting to allow for my emails to be received. I had intended these to be Christmas gifts, which I am sure many had done, so they took advantage of the sales potential. I have not gone to PayPal but I need to relate this to them to receive my funds back but also to let them know that this company is a sham and does not honor what they convey on their site!!? Did anyone try to track their package(s)? What did that do? I am very upset and I certainly will not buy any products that are from a Chinese company ever again. Lesson learned.

Needs to have a zero star option. I ordered the Home Planetarium w/ 2 discs. Placed the order at the beginning of November 2019, 20 days to deliver, no problem, our daughter will love this for Christmas. Christmas came and went, I thought "Okay, late Christmas gift, whatever", got a notification that it was delivered yesterday, January 11, 2020, 2 months later, checked the mail and, like everyone else, only got the 2 discs, no Planetarium. I have emailed several times over the last month, because it wasn't in for Christmas like it should have been, with no response, all emails got bounced back. I emailed them again yesterday and same thing, email bounced back, like that address doesn't exist. Will absolutely be contacting my bank Monday. 🤬

Same story as everyone else ,2discs,emails and order number bouncing back ! Now trying to get a refund from PayPal I won't hold my breath !
