Shoving service if i could leave one star I would. I placed an order and 10 days later it had not arrived. When I placed it the estimated delivery was 3-5 days.

I logged back in to find that they had run out of the item and had charged me a £5 finders fee to look on eBay for me without having my knowing consent.

Do not touch this supplier -its a scam!

SCAM!!!! Advertised a very good price for my Puppy food and later asking 3 times more than the advertised price, Chat is pointless as nobody answer.
I am keep asking for a refund but no one taking any action.
Website should be ban, Please keep away with this site.......

SCAM!!!! More of the same. Advertised a very good price for a toy with FREE delivery but is a search "service". The seller they found was double than the price advertised!!! Obviously the chat is pointless as nobody answer. When I receive my card statement I ill need to ask for a chargeback.

This site all it does is FIND your item..and charge you commission on your product..they send a link to another company with item you want...I went on link item unavailable..so i still had to pay this company upfront...you don't get your money back. BIG CON

I was given one price, they took £6.00 and then they sent me to another site and the price went up by £20.
Scam

This site is a complete scam, nothing is as it seems. Fortunately I paid by credit card so was able to get this refunded without any issues so I assume the credit card companies already know about this bunch of con artists.

Scam site that lies about the price of listings and does nothing about your order, while stealing an extortionate deposit in the process. Avoid

SCAM. They claim to be a marketplace. They take your money and deliver no service what so ever. They only have an automated system as a means of contact and they send you a standard message telling you to use their chat facility to speak to a seller direct. There is no such facility and no seller details when you log into your account. If you want to throw your money down the drain then use their website.

This company fronts itself as a dropshipping site, once the sale is made it defers you to the supplier for any queries and ignores any attempts to contact them directly. In my case, when my order didn't arrive the 'Account' option to contact the supplier was greyed out so there was no way I could find out what was happening. Needless to say that the goods never arrived and I got burnt for £6 commission. I would strongly recommend that no matter how good the deal looks that you do not use this site.

Avoid at all costs!
This is an automated marketplace that simply charges you 12% of the value of your order to put you in touch with another online retailer that you then need to complete your actual order through to hopefully get your product. A poor model in the best case but in my case, the item advertised on their marketplace was actually discontinued last year and unavailable from any retailers. This didn't stop Xikixi from taking my order and charging their commission just for sending me a link to the retailer's site where the product has been out of stock since last year. If this was just a software glitch I would expect the company to correct the problem as soon as the issue had been raised but no, they have refused to refund or provide any form of resolution saying they are only a search service. After days of what seem to be automated circling responses through their atrocious communication portal, I have had to formally raise a claim through my bank. Save yourself the trouble and costs. Xikixi is nothing more than a scam.

Offered a printer I wanted at an estimated £200. My best 'option', according to Xikixi was to buy a second-hand printer on Ebay for £200, or buy a new printer for £270 plus their fee! They charged me £30 to do an online search. They do not answer emails and you cannot contact them any other way. These people will steal your money - if you can do a Google search you can of better than the "service" they provide.

This site doesn’t make any sense, I have lost money,I have not had my item, no one has got intouch with me and everytime I log on it’s not recognising my password so I have to do a password reset everytime.

Complete Scam, they publish a product at a lower price and then you pay£6.00 for them to send you a link to buy the product. When I received the link to buy the product, it was much more expensive and cost £18.00 for delivery. I wrote to them explaining all the situation and that I wanted a refund of my £6.00 for their bad service, the response I get is from an automatic e-mail, saying to use the link they sent me and contact for to contact the seller directly. But I did not purchase any product?? This is just one of the worst online scams I have ever seen.

Thought u was buying a product but its a search service that charges £6! This was not made clear and I will be claiming through my bank!

Absoulute scam. Avoid.

Basically you pay for a Google search. I found a product advertised for around £20. They charged me £6 to start the process then told me it was available at John Lewis for £55. So almost 3x if you include the search fee.
Save yourself the hassle and do it yourself.

They are a rip off company,,,,they suck you in telling you a low price for what you are looking for, charge you 10%+VAT for their experise, then just give you a link to Ebay or somewhere where you then can buy it from!!!!!!

Be very careful with this site! They are only a marketplace provider! No products as such, just a 3rd party who charge you for that service!!!!! AVOID!!!!! Pretty clever scam I think!
