You can't contact them, I'm registered, they send me an email, I reply only to be to told yo register...it's a vicious circle...ive sent 3 emails to their customer service...funnily no reply...

DO NOT USE - they will send you an ebay link and something else you could find on Google. My first attempt at a Review here was also removed.

One week ago, wrote to Xikixi, asking for an explanation about my order pending since a month, no reply until now.
Don't know what else to do in order to get back my payment .

Google scanned for a particular kettle. Clicked on website (Adams) which appeared to be selling it the cheapest. Having purchased (I thought) the kettle I then found out that I'd paid a consultation fee only. The link then provided by this company was to the web site of the kettle's manufacturer which was selling the kettle at the normal RRP. This is a complete con which I reported to my bank through which I was able to successfully recover my monies. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SITE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I bought a perfume from this company, but they never sent it to me

Ordered something from Adams and confirmation came for the payment from this company who took £3.60 from my account.
I’ve heard nothing else and I have not received my item. I’ve had to cancel my card to prevent any further payments and after 30 days I’ll be logging it as fraud with my bank.

Total scam. Avoid avoid avoid

Wish I had read the warnings published here! My own fault for my stupidity. There was me, eyes wide open when a piece of camera accessory, popped up on that (now I am aware fraudulent )adamshop.co.uk, at £4 cheaper than anywhere else in the UK. They then fraudulently added £3.46 for a so-called Protect Plus which I never opted for. Now, having read warnings here, I discover that they are just a link to sellers like an obscure-sounding-never-heard-of Xikixi.com, who are supposed to deliver the goods, which I guess will never happen. Have immediately contacted my Bank

Scam. Bought from another website called adamshop but money was taken by this one. They take your money for a search fee and goods never arrive. Avoid

Utter rubbish. Charged a search fee plus exchange rate and after 5 weeks still no goods.

Ordered from Adams. Now don’t have a bank card. Absolute fraud.
I’m disgusted by them.

As per seemingly all the other reviews, I was led to believe I was ordering goods, then receive emails to say I've joined some sales network...It isn't what it advertises, totally misrepresentative sales in my opinion.

I placed an order for a golf club via credit card the money was taken No clubs arrived. No reply via EMails nothing

Total scam! The website makes it look like you are purchasing an item for below normal price, but you are simply paying for a search service and still have to pay the actual price of the item on the website they find for you! You are paying for a price comparison!

Absolute shock horror, placed my order with Adams, I had no idea I was signing to this service, they have taken two payments from my bank in 2 days of £3.68 each time,

This is a scam. AVOID!!!

They are stealing your bank details

Total scam! I found a bottle of whiskey at a very good price, tried to order it and then I was charged £10 just to be informed that it is the best price online and I should order it from another site where it didn’t even exist. Then my account was deleted and they wouldn’t respond to my emails. It is unbelievable how can they still be on Google after so long.

Why does google advertise Adam’s store when I have just found out that they are a scam.keep texting them with no response back.

Ordered a Nike kit bag from Amazon but confirmation came Xikixi. I'd never heard of them. I received confirmation and was then charged £2.61 + £0.08p for currency exchange. They are based in Abu Dhabi. Not received the bag but no further charge as yet.
