100% FRAUD. Unfortunately I saw the reviews when it was already to late. I am trying to get the fee back, but I am not sure if it will work. Keep away from ordering at this website!

Bait and switch fraud. They lure you in with below market value prices and then the price goes up. Their model is based on taking a "service fee" from everyone who tried to purchase the product. Cancelled my card but they still got 5 pounds out of me for nothing, do that a few hundred thousand times and you've got yourself a business. Very bad practice, should be stopped immediately.

Scam - advertises products at low rates takes your money for service of finding you a deal then gives you another deal that does not save you money. You get sent a message saying we have found you a deal which is nonsense! Not placed an order and they scam you!

This is a fraud Xikixi means sneeze in kurdish.

I ordered from them and got a strange email made me wonder, so i called my bank , the cancelled my card and now I have to wait for a new card, at least they cannot take further payments from it!!

Thought i was purchasing a Nespresso Inissia coffee machine , turns out they only give advice ? and charge for it. when you try to contact them it is impossible.
I just wonder how long these people are going to be allowed to operate this obvious scam, Google it's time to stop thinking about the revenue's and clean house.

Rip off, they do not sell, but just charge a fee to search for the product you have already searched for.

Disgraceful total rip off you actually think you are purchasing something from the adamshop and then you are charged for some recommended search ,,,, Google you took me to this website with a link you should shut these thieves down …

Total BS service, also listed as Adams shop, appreciate this is a search service but advertised prices don’t correlate to the linked products they send. They stated in their communication that the purchase price they found was £159 when the link to the product was on Amazon for £535! Erm? As others have said total scam stay well away.

XIKIXI is a total FRAUD. They do not sell anything! They charge you a “consulting fee” to find the cheapest price on the internet for the product you are searching and direct you to “the best” vendor. I mean… WHAT IS THE ADDED VALUE TO THAT? Why should I pay for a service that is provided for free by google shopping???
So, they charged me approx. 4 Euros for a “consultancy” and sent me a link from a UK vendor at 106 pounds… the product I am looking for sells average 20 – 25 euros in my domestic market …. 100% FRAUD!!! Someone s got to take their website down!

like all the others fell for the fact i wasn't paying until i had the item. 10.98 with the obligatory small fees to abudabi and somewhere else. bank has cancelled my card. now for my stupidity i have to wait 5 days for a new card. oh well it will stop me spending. haha.
if you add up all the people on here who have fallen for it they must be on about 4 or 5 grand a day for nothing. good work if you have no conscience.

Scam. Pretends to be various websites.. Adam shop, xiikiki, dk logistics. Initially looks like you are purchasing a product.. then you pay a deposit but you never find a suitable item.... they will co tinge in the chat until they offer you a refund and then just never reply...

On 26th June I “Googled” Babyliss 28mm Cordless Hairstyler and got the Adam’s website. It looked like a Bonafide website charged my credit card an initial £3.30 and said that the rest of the money would be collected when I received the goods. I have never received the goods. My credit card has been charged £3.45 for a Search Service Xikixi Abu Dhabi Az 3.90 EUR @1.1304 inc conversion fee of 2.99%. On 1st looking at the website there is nothing strange about it. To make the order you do not click on any T and Cs to indicate there is anything fraudulent about the site. The Xikixi and associated adamshop.co.uk are Scam Websites.

DON"T USE THIS COMPANY!
I thought I was buying a couple of products and paid a small deposit. The confirmation told me I had paid a search fee but their search produced two unworkable recommended orders: the first was for the wrong product, the second was from a supplier that doesn't deliver to UK mainland. Visa refunded my payment.

Placed order with part payment / deposit £6 within total price £40. When invitation arrived to complete order, price increased to £68. I contacted my credit card company, which kindly refund my £6 deposit, although my main priority was to claw it back from Xikixi, but because I had "authorised" £6, nothing could be done. I suspect this was always the plan by Xikixi to take my deposit and never fulfil the order. No response to numerous requests for response from Xikixi... AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!

Total SCAM DO NOT USE. Charged 9.72 for a search and 0.27p for money conversion . My husband thought he had paid for a Tom Ford deodorant. It was only whilst I checked the banking app and googled the company that I realised the whole thing was a scam !!!!! I’ve contacted the bank and my husbands card is now blocked to prevent further loss of cash to the scammers !
