Negative experience - I do not recommend! Efficient customer service is recommended.

Total scam. Bought (I thought) a bottle of Brandy from Adams Shopping. Paid in Euros a deposit for what appeared was a good price for the bottle. Should have sussed this is a scam and wish I had read the reviews here first! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Assigned me an "expert" to source product. Within a day I received a message sending me to a site where I could purchase for £28.06. On visiting site I found that product was infact £37.95 and out of stock! I am fortunate only to have paid a small amount up front.
Probably a scam, stay away!!

Fraudulent company. I thought I was buying from eBay, I have already been charged £15.02 and the order has not yet been processed.
I’m not completing as have no faith in the goods arriving.
I shall be contacting my bank to try to retrieve money taken out without any order being completed.
Why is this company not being investigated?

This company is a complete scam. Advertising a good price for something, then when you add delivery it’s nothing special and then sneakily taking money from you without consent or at least being honest and up front. They stole £9.

I got caught out by these fraudsters. Thought I was buying an item but was charged a 'search fee'! Can't find anywhere they explain this is what they do. Fortunately it was only a fiver but their search fee feels like theft!

Complete scam and dodgy company, don't waste your money, you will be lucky to ever see any goods.I agree with all the other negative reviews.

As always I always check out Trustpilot and am I glad I did.
As the saying goes "if it sounds too good to be true then it usually or always is?

Tried to order perfume on xikixi.com. They 'found' my products at reasonable prices, added some insurance I hadn't asked for after I had agreed to order, I couldn't connect to their website for days, and they charged me 9€90 per product ("Search Service X") on two different days, asking to 'continue my order' on two different websites, one of them ebay.
Step back, this is fraud!

Useless site! Reply not related to request (repeatedly)! They do not worth a second of ur time...

They did not give my refund; kept dodging my request!

Con company. When you complain they close down your account.
They have now rebranded their site as Adam's

You don't pay for the item, you pay for them to search for the item at the best price they can find from a trusted retailer. This is a little bit misleading but it wouldn't be so bad if they could actually deliver on their promise.

They initially suggested an item which was in German so of no use to me. They then found the item which has the same base price as they advertised but with shipping and import fees, would be double the price. I requested them to search again but all they did is copy and paste the link from before. After exhausting my patience with them, I requested a refund which, as you can expect, is proving difficult and is still in progress.

I usually check the trustpilot review of new companies but they are also trading as Adamshop.co.uk so couldn't find anything on them. It wasn't until payment was made that I realised I was dealing with Xikixi. I would never recommend the use of this company.

Absolute scammers, stay away. Got a refund from Visa.

Seems like I’ve been conned. When I clicked on the shop I wanted to buy from that’s what I thought I was paying for, not some company who charge for a ‘recommendation’.

SCAM - AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. TOOK MY MONEY, NEVER RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS. IN THE END HAD TO INVOLVE MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY FOR THE REFUND. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!

Thank God we looked on trust pilot and read the reviews. We will give it a hard pass 😀

Rubbish. I'm trying to get a £26.76 refund for something I enquired about but no longer need. Avoid this company at all costs you don't get any where trying to talk to someone.

The same as everyone else on here, this is a total scam and should be avoided at all costs!!
Alarms bells rang when PayPal wasn't an option but I stupidly continued, luckily I only lost £6.
I never received the delivery update, the "chat" on the website was blocked as "service was completed" instantly even though it wasn't and on speaking to the 'seller' on the .pdf, I discovered it was a courier company based up north who had been inundated with similar contacts but was actually nothing to do with Xikixi.
I repeatedly contacted Xikixi asking where my order was and only got one reply telling me to contact the seller through the chat, which of course I couldn't.
One star is far too kind for these criminals!!

Wished I had looked on here at reviews. First was after a cheap microwave Google search gave me this site look good off but I paid using a revolut disposable one of card payment like every one else said complete scam took me to another site with a link to the microwave only the price was over 134 pounds not the 34.00 pound on Xikxi site despite several message to chat no one replied when you email Xikxi they just refer you back to chat function
Fortuney using revolut I was able to revert my original payment back to my account the virtual card was destroyed as it was one time use only
So lesson learned you get nothing for nothing
Would leave less that one star if could
