Great guys, delivery went well,

Wincanton we’re delivering items on behalf of DFS. They were kind enough to keep/store our items for longer than we thought but they were very accommodating. When delivering their communications were excellent and so were the guys who delivered. I’d highly recommend them.

Kept upto date re delivery. Pleasant gentleman delivered heavy boxes into my room with care.

We used Wincanton not out of choice, but because this is the company Loaf use to fulfil furniture orders.

When the two delivery drivers arrived, they took a measurement of the house that was irrelevant and then told us flat out the sofa we'd bought wouldn't fit and that they wouldn't even try, and wouldn't wait while we tried ourselves.

We disputed their logic and tried to explain how we thought we could get it in (having measured the angles very carefully beforehand) but we were told no again, quite rudely.

Luckily we backed ourselves and asked them to leave the sofa with us. We then managed to get it round the corner with no difficulty whatsoever. This did however mean that we had to assemble it ourselves.

I have asked for a full refund from Loaf for the poor service.

Had a bed delivered today , delivery team were extremely professional and polite , well done guys .

Two lovely, polite and respectable lads came to deliver my table. They Called me in advance to let me know they were on their way. Then before they came in they offered to take their shoes off. Then they put my table where I wanted it.
It's lovely to have delivery guys who actually care. Thankyou x

Shocking service. Delivery drivers refused to deliver into the building and then left and got into their truck as we were trying to discuss how best to deliver. Customer service even worse. DO NOT use this company if you have a choice.

It was a cold wet day and they had to carry a huge and heavy sofa down the street and get it through a narrow door into the house. They did it brilliantly - carefully and professionally.

The staffs were very helpful and courteous. They were very careful with the delivery. They arrived in time as promised. They carried it in the flat and placed it where I wanted it to be. I am very satisfied with the service I received.
