Dougie lovely man unfortunately not clear when I booked, wickes only.do full bathroom refurbishment. Waste of my time and dougies. I needed shower cubicle changed and radiator moved. With new panels and flooring in large bathroom. Please make it clear on website you only cover full bathroom refurbishment.

It was great customer service especially from Shaiba ! We had problems with a broken part and she helped us replace quickly and seamlessly.

Exceptional service from Simon Whitaker (Swindon sore) was with us throughout our kitchen renovation from planning to queries and problems. You'll always have a few things go wrong when ordering a whole kitchen! But the speed and resolution of issues was 2nd to none. The products we have bought are of a good quality and sturdy would have no hesitation in recommending a wickes kitchen!

This worktool center at the heart of Blackpool is a tremendous one stop shop with loads of goodies for tradesmen and DIY enthusiast like me.. though I've just discovered this shop quite recently but with the level of professionalism and customer support giving by staff's is completely second to none. Just to mention a staff member known as Mark left his job refilling the shelves to assist me find a similar tile colour matching my sample he kept searching and searching until he arrived at getting me most similar in the absence of the original which I sincerely appreciate. That's one example loads of others since I've accustomed myself to this shop. Good work lads and keep up the good works.

I went into the Plymouth store for a kitchen design and met with Denise Betty, she was friendly and professional and really knew her subject. The design I went with was modern and a very good price, I would definitely recommend Wickes if you want a new kitchen.

I tried to make an appointment booking, and was not sent a link to the online meeting. No effort made by the branch to follow up. I've made another booking but again have not been sent a link to the meeting.

I could not find a a shade of pink paint i needed, and was walking out of store when a lovely polite female member of staff, Alex, offered to help and gave guidance on different shades, helping me choose and then mixed the colour in the machine, I was so grateful for her knowledge and kindness she chatted to me to me about my cake shed project, I left the store a very happy customer 😀

Great experience from start to finish, Reece was brilliant in designing the kitchen and making sure everything was correct and the fitment by Sean Parker kitchen and joinery Ltd was good from start to finish

Ordered 2 big bags of salt from Wickes, they only delivered 1 bag which was split. This was delivered 4 days late too.
Contacted customer service twice this week but still awaiting response regarding the missing bag.
Awful.

Easy to find what I wanted, plenty of stock of what I needed. Friendly staff and prompt service at the tills.

Visited the Wickes Durham store. I must say the store is very well layed out and very tidy. The staff are incredibly helpful. The lady on the pay point Sophie was very polite and friendly with good knowledge of the products in the shop. She represented your business at a good level. 👍

Met with a kitchen designer, Mark Hewitt at the Aintree store. He swiftly booked us in for a house visit for measuring and then for the design visit back in store. Mark has been a delight to work with and has planned us what will be our dream kitchen!

Teresa is so lovely she was so helpful when me and my boyfriend came for some supplies for his new barbershop and i came separately for my own new house project for paint. we came back and showed her both and she was so enthusiastic and happy that we came back to show her. she is so lovely and caring about customers. my stepdad has been coming quite frequently aswell and has been served by pinny and jas they are both so helpful also really good at conversation with customers and made sure we found everything we needed big shoutout to them!!!! such lovely ladies
