We received excellent service from Dave in Widnes. We have an odd shaped kitchen and he managed to design us a great space that flowed and gave us lots more storage. He was very friendly, gave lots of advice and wasn't pushy at all. We got a great deal and can't wait to have my new kitchen installed

Excellent, could not locate item initially as it was down an aisle that had no customer access for maintenance. A member staff (Jim) was incredibly helpful at locating and bringing the required item, and then putting it through the till immediately.

Another day of been ignored, no reason given to me as to why you wont refund me. Not coming to install my kitchen ON THE DAY is not bad enough you refuse to give me back my deposit.

Wickes supplied poor quality door to my joiner but left me with refitting cost
Wickes supplied doors to my joiner. One of the doors was so poor quality that you could see through one of the knots but only when fitted. Although wickes suppliers honoured their guarantee to replace the door, Wickes would not fund the refitting cost leaving me with the prospect of paying twice for this.
Not sure if customer service is just AI as they provide encouraging response only to come back later and say no. Would not recommend using this company.

I placed an order today it arrived the courier came to the wrong entrance when I pulled him on this, I was met with... Do you know this is a kerbside delivery. When other couriers delivered from wicks they don't seem to have issues only this one. I cancelled the delivery. My order was 7005011

Great bathroom installation
Just wanted to say a big thank you to Hannah at Wickes for designing our new bathroom. The installation itself went smoothly, with regular check-ins from Garry, our Wickes installation co-ordinator. The installers, HS Plumbing, were fantastic, very tidy and worked amazingly hard, even through the recent heatwave. Really pleased with the whole experience.
