Two bottles were selected open and I raised this with customer support. I did not got any resolution from them on this matter.

Vita Coconut Water was honestly one of the worst drinks I’ve ever seen. My friend tried it and nearly vomited because the taste was so off-putting and fake. It wasn’t refreshing at all—more like watered down with a weird chemical aftertaste that made us both want to spit it out immediately. The packaging made it seem like a healthy, natural drink, but it felt anything but natural. For something that’s supposed to be hydrating, it just left us feeling sick and disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, especially if you don’t want to risk feeling nauseous like my friend did.

My wife just bought a product from you & I promise this coco water is bland. It tasted like half water. Coconut water is very tasty only if there’s no other mix to it. No one can tell me how a coconut water taste like because I used to drink coconut water everyday. Just my thought. Keep trying.

Excellent coconut water.

Love coconut water, have them on subscription - you can turn on and turn off the subscription as you like without fuss. Had one in transit while away and they bounced the delivery forward without any problems. Great communication. Excellent customer service

I would give 4 stars for Vita Coco themselves but unfortunately they are let down by their courier - Evri who I find incredibly unreliable. They had the parcel for over a week and whilst Vita Coco did respond to my emails, they seemed unable to find out where the parcel had got to.

Enjoying abundant coconut water - always some to hand with a subscription.

I am a great fan of this product I only deducted one star as one of the cartons was crushed on the top and it is very difficult to dispense the coconut water without it spilling all over the place otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Worst delivery I have ever seen. Took more than a moth to deliver every time. I have ordered on 12th July still didn't receive. In betweenI had to complainand order again. In January they did the same.

I ordered this product on the 14th of June, twice it was sent back to the company, it never arrived. I have now been given a refund, which will take up to 10 days to reach my account, meaning the company will have had my money for a month with no goods to show for it. A very annoying shopping experience.

Ordered 500ml x5 coconut oil.

Items were delivered promptly, and of course while maintaining good quality on the product.

Regular order arrived really quickly and very well packaged. Loving coconut water. I started drinking it for health reasons but now also because I love it. My cramps have disappeared since drinking it after a run or workout.
