Great experience - already planning for next time!
Having researched the store lots (i.e. visited their Instagram again and again) and been contemplating a new piercing for quite some time, I initially just wanted to pop in and look at the jewellery on offer.
It was a really warm welcome & the staff took a great deal of time to show me different options, give me an idea of what they would look like in place and talk about further styling I might want to consider.
Having such a positive first impression, I was sold on also getting a new conch piercing. I booked in for later that afternoon and returned to get my piercing.
Sarah Crowe was fabulous. The whole process was clear, quick and relaxed, and the aftercare, couldn't be more straightforward.
A great experience, although I worry it may have started a slight obsession. I hope to visit in a few months to downsize my new piercing & add some special pieces for my wedding day.

I honestly can’t recommend Laura Bond highly enough—this is truly a five-star experience from start to finish. I’ve had three new piercings done in January, and Sarah, my piercer, was exceptional throughout. She made me feel completely at ease, and the aftercare guidance I received was incredibly helpful—I genuinely don’t think my healing process would have gone nearly as smoothly without it. The PierceMed mist has been an absolute lifesaver, especially for my sensitive skin, and has made such a noticeable difference.
After today’s appointment, I felt compelled to leave this review to recognise the genuine care and professionalism of the boutique and its staff. I’d heard it described as having a “family” atmosphere, and that couldn’t be more accurate. Everyone takes the time to ensure you feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely looked after.
I also had a stressful situation where my helix piercing needed to be removed for a medical scan, and I couldn’t reinsert it myself. Thankfully, Sarah was there once again—she was able to save the piercing and took the time to check all of my others to make sure everything was healing perfectly. It immediately put my mind at ease and really shows the level of care they provide.
I have complete trust in Laura Bond for all my piercing needs. Their expertise, attention to detail, and genuine kindness set them apart. It’s such a great feeling to find a place that consistently goes above and beyond for its clients. I will absolutely continue recommending Laura Bond and supporting them—well and truly deserved five stars.

Best. Jewellery. Ever.
I have had piercings in Laura’s shop, bought jewellery (across many years), had jewellery changed, just mooched.. the lot. Staff remember me even though there’s about a year between each visit, they are ALL always friendly and amazing and I always feel like part of the family when I go in! Next visit in 4 months and I can’t WAIT! Honestly you can’t get as high quality genuine gold jewellery anywhere else now ❤️

Stunning detail & easy to fit.
I decided to order as there was an easter discount, the jewellery arrived in a sturdy box, inside was another presentation box with the earrings nestled inside.
The quality and detail is stunning, very happy, the flat back was really easy to put in my tragus piercing due to the long post on the front section.
The snake clicker was also easy to fit.
I'm now eyeing up a few of the other huggies.

Beautiful, really well made jewellery
I’ve found it surprisingly difficult to find pretty, solid gold jewellery, specifically for individual piercings.
I have several Laura Bond pieces and all are beautiful and solidly made. No coming unclipped.
Several pieces come in more than one size so you can get an exact fit for your piercing.
Packaging is pretty and delivery fast. Can’t fault them.

Pretty designs, robust product & good service
I have 9 Laura Bond earrings + 1 charm in at the moment and I have 4 sets of charms and 3 other studs in my jewellery box for other occasions. My first purchase was in 2021 and I regularly find myself picking up new products (and spending my loyalty points!), since it just makes much more sense to spend a little more on LB products which are well-made and last than the plated fashion products I used to buy from other brands. The service is always prompt and though gold prices have risen significantly, the prices continue to be accessible. I can’t fault the product or the service i’ve had over the last 5 years.

I absolutely love visiting the boutique…
I absolutely love visiting the boutique in Edinburgh! Everything from the decor, sparkly jewels and amazing staff team always makes it such a special treat.
On my recent visit to see Becca I had such a wonderful afternoon. Initially I was visiting to purchase a new piece of jewellery for a previous piercing I’d had done here, I ended up not only getting that, but also another piercing and gorgeous little moon to add to my ear stack!
I couldn’t be happier with service I received from all of the girls and my piercing is healing so quickly which I put down to the expertise of the piercer and the excellent quality of the jewellery used.
Yes, it may be a bit pricier than other places but so well worth it and I’m already looking forward to my next visit…

I have loved EVERY piece of jewelry from Laura Bond. My latest was the Double Crystal Clicker Hoop in gold. For future purchases, I would like help figuring out the size of the hoop. There are 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm options but I was not sure how to size them for the location on my ear. Can you come up with a way we can get our measurements at home before purchase?
