Very powerful vacuum cleaner. The cleaner is a decent weight and can come apart easily for doing the stairs etc. comes with all the tools needed. Best part, long long cable. Love it

My new hoover has so far impressed, I'd had a Vax carpet shampoo/ vacuum in the past but replaced with another brand of vacuum but needed an upright and chose this as it has the option to carry, it has taken so much grit dirt out of carpets the old one didn't I'm very pleased with it, speedy delivery too, iv yet to use the carry option but can say I'm glad I came back to Vax

Good morning. Yesterday our carpet cleaner was returned to us after only a few days and seems to be working again. I was delighted to see that the brush heads etc had been replaced as part of the service. You have more than fulfilled your guarantee.

Excellent service qick delivery

I chose this product due to the free gift. I understood it was a car cleaning product or a steamer. I received a couple of hover parts I already had with the hoover so was very disappointed. Although the free gift was not great the hoover is fantastic and custom service was brilliant.
