Great lock and key system
We had a new door fitted, with a Ultion lock system. The lock came with 3 keys and information to register them. This is a great system and service.

Key got stuck in lock
Key got stuck in lock. Called Ultion whom made a video call and advised on how to remove key. Key got stuck again on testing. Sent out replacement lock and keys next day delivery. Excellent customer service

Very impressed with my new door locks
Very impressed with my new door locks, look & feel solid, keys are well made thick & quite heavy for a front door key not like my previous locks of which I managed to snap off 2 keys. I would say the lock & keys are a quality product im very happy
