My father had to update he’s equipment today and the gentleman I spoke to was able to assist me in all that was needed.
Prince was very professional, friendly and kind (with a great laugh) he went through everything with me thoroughly which I was grateful for.

On the instructions of the Hospital…

On the instructions of the Hospital Nurse I phoned Careline365 to order a Pendant Alarm for my Mother. For some reason I thought this would be difficult. It was not. Carrie answered and gently took me through each aspect of the system and patiently explained all the points of its use. Carrie was super sensitive and was a great help.
