Once I was able to find the right…

Once I was able to find the right contact, everything went smoothly. We are a U.S. customer. Our NYC distributor/sales outlet was not very helpful in directing us. Eventually we made it all work through the website.

Keep the customer informed.

Efficient and keep the customer informed.
I get well-timed reminders on when to order replacement filters. And then I got phone call about replacing the O-ring which I had done once before. Everything ordered and I am impressed. I really like that!
