Great service from Brad

Although a long process, the staff were very accommodating and helpful!

What made the experience was the efficiency of the staff especially abdullah who helped with the details of completing the buying of my car .

If I was able to give no stars I would. They sold us a car that was not fit for purpose had broke within 24 hours and catastrophic damage & failures. The engine had completely blown & issue with gearbox less than 24 hours after purchase with our baby in the car on junction 9 the car broke down! This car could have endangered the life of our baby and my other half. Do not get a car from here as it has taken 3 months for them to fix the car and having it been our responsibility to constantly call for updates and non stop complaints. Aftersale team are lovely thank you to Karen & Allison and many more of their team who tried their best but main site team atrocious

Great easy experience with Gemma and Sumaya. Solved my issues and assisted me with all the help I needed and I’m leaving with my new car happy

The first part of picking out the car was great the woman Millie was lovely so kind and understanding of my situation could never of faulted her in the slightest but arrived at 3pm and ended up leaving close to 9pm due to their financing staff being slow and not very considerate ended up being passed to 4 of their financing staff the fact that they didn’t offer water or anything to was very disappointing due to the fact of how long we were their for it’s very disorganised and finance staff seemed to be lousing around

I was down at the Coventry trade centre today and collected my lovely new Mercedes and from start to finish the service and customer care was wicked so massive thank you to Emilo, Suffieyan and Rav thank you very much and you guys are definitely professionals in your field 👍

Avoid this place like the plague!
Ive had my car 8 months & its spent 7 of those months in a garage or waiting to go into a garage.
Theyve put cheap parts on causing more damage.
Put parts on in the incorrect places.
Its been so stressful.
Most of the staff try & help but the after sales department manaager is incredibly rude & unprofessional.
Im so upset ive had to reject my car today, its made me so ill.

Kad and Muzz were fantastic. Really helpful and really put me at ease with the whole process. So friendly and they were patient, especially with my children being present. I would highly recommend Trade Centre and particularly Kad and Muzz to anyone.
