Shit trade center covetry after buy car any problem within 2 days no bash listing and treat like animal and laying with customer to much next I don’t buy again car in trade centre

Such great service and so polite

The staff have been brilliantly helpful and really polite and funny, they have worked hard to get the lenders to back us so we could drive home in our new car. Asad from the financial department and others we have seen throughout the proccess have been amazing. The only reason I put 4 stars is because of the time we have spent to get everything sorted, however if you have a better credit I think it will be a faster process.

It was an amazing experience buying a car from The Trade centre. The salesman McKay, Chet and Aimah they all helped us so much and made it way easier and smooth experience to buy our first car. Great job by the team!

Really positive experience. Friendly, helpful and straightforward, with no messing about or wasting time. There was a bit of back and forth with the vehicle tax, which wasn’t really their issue, but they were very helpful in getting it sorted and even offered to take me to the Post Office. Great service overall! Thanks to Jake!

I got into the dealer as soon as a web special deal was put on their website. The car wasn't even ready to display, and I was literally the only customer in the dealer. Then they forced me to buy an "optional" premium protection pack, when I said no, they refused to sell the car to me saying that it's now sold.. not kidding.

That's how corporate, customer-focused they are...

So simply stay away from "scam" ads on their website. They are only sold to whoever they wish.

The sales team were great and knowledgeable, Jordan from the Rochdale branch made the whole process smooth and simple. Great customer service!
