Bay windows are a challenge
Bay windows are a challenge. We'd put up Ikea tracks but they snag at the junctions and risk tearing delicate lightweight curtains. So I bit the bullet and commissioned a custom-made track to fit and I am delighted - smooth running at last!

Fantastic service
This company could not have been more helpful. I had a problem with a rail supplied about 18 months ago, which turned out not to be Tracks Direct's fault. Without any fuss they replaced the rail and arranged to fit it at no charge at very short notice. I recommend Tracks Direct wholeheartedly and strongly suggest using their excellent fitters.

Haven’t received nothing
Haven’t received nothing. I got the sales email but nothing after. No dispatch, no eta. Have tried phoning and emailing. Think the company may of perhaps ceased trading and not taken the website down.

£1000 pole
The curtains rail came before expected. Which was great because I did let them know time was a factor. However, they didn't give me an accurate delivery day or time, nor was there any indication when it was on route. Again, not really a problem, but I would have prepared for it's arrival. The other thing was it cost over £1000, and after I put it up, I noticed one of the rings for the curtain hooks was broke. Not what I would expect from what would deem an expensive pole. I realize it's the cheapest one of that class, but still, I feel it's still an expensive curtain rail.
Over all, they did ask if I wanted it it one or two pieces, it came faster than I was told to expect it, and there was still more than enough curtain rings to hold the curtains. I just feel they could have communicated more and better.

Incredibly fiddly to fit, with no instructions, just a huge diagram of the measurements I sent in which served no purpose. Also measurements were not reproduced on the finished article as I sent them.

Tracks Direct - A Great Company & A Great Experience.
Dealing with Tracks Direct has been a great experience.
Our initial enquiries by phone were dealt with in a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable way.
Ordering online was necessarily detailed but logical and reasonably easy, and perhaps most importantly, the curtain track when it arrived (quickly) was superbly packaged and of fantastic quality.

Communication with this company was a joy! Prompt response on all emails. Ours was a complicated track for a bow window (not bay). We provided a template and Tracks Direct created an exact track for our requirements. Thank you SO much, we are delighted. They also went above and beyond as the cord wasn't quite long enough for us to cut to use wooden pulleys instead of a loop, so they sent a new length of cord and organised for one of their fitters to come and re-cord the track. Brilliant service :-)
