Loved, loved, loved it!

What a fantastic show. Funny, energetic, authentic.
His voice is remarkable. He is the epitome of a showman! A very intimate theatre. Left the venue tapping my toes and singing show tunes all the way back to the mountains.

The main actor was awesome

The main actor was awesome. A lot of the others in the cast were amateur dramatic standard at best. Felt more like a high school musical for the main but an enjoyable evening.

I feel discriminated against

You need to make it easier to book disability tickets, this is ridiculous. I should be able to just pick the disability spots on the website and book online just like anyone else. Not every person in a wheelchair has a single "attendant" Many just want to come with a bunch of family and friends and sit together like normal people.

It took me 5 emails and 1.5 hrs on the phone and no one seemed to be able to understand I wanted to watch the event with a bunch of friends not a single "attendant" I don't need an attendant I just need a spot to park my chair.

The venue and gig was great

The venue and gig was great . Can you please let us know in future whether the artist has a support act and the running times of each. Other venues and ticket sellers do this . This would be helpful in planning the evening. Thanks

The ticketing system needs improvement. Despite putting the electronic ticket in my phone wallet, It would not scan and I had to go to the ticket office for paper tickets. Apparently, this is a fairly common problem. Having the option to download tickets on a computer would be helpful!

Communication was incredible slow

Communication was incredible slow, taking over three weeks to finally come back to us regarding our request.
I tried to communicate during this time requesting an update, purely so I knew our enquiry was being seen too, but no responses were forthcoming.
When we finally did hear back, the outcome was positive which we appreciated, and the email mentioned a $30 fee for the changed tickets. When I called to finalise the transaction, I was then told it was actually $40 even though I had in writing it was only $30.
I couldn't really rate the customer service, other than the staff doing the bare minimum to get through the enquiries. I just hope I never have to deal with Fan Support again. I didn't want to assign my rating to only the last representative I dealt with, as they did resolve the problem, albeit with an increased charge, but the email correspondence in general was very underwhelming with assistance.

no rebooking, no support.

Bought tickets for a show which got cancelled. They refunded my tickets without offering to reseat in the next available show the next day. Ticket prices went up so got financially punished for no reason.

Never responded to my support ticket either. Reaching out to their social media page was useless as well

We thoroughly enjoyed the show

We thoroughly enjoyed the show. The cast, costumes, animals and music was great. Really liked the interactive aspect of the show with the animals moving through the audience.
However, the "comedic" reference to Specsavers and Temu had no relevance to what is a beautiful storyline and I would have preferred if it was not included in the dialogue

Appreciate the reminder, amazing performance

Thank you for emailing me a couple of days prior to the event as I had forgotten I had bought the tickets.
Sheridan was absolutely amazing, we were mesmerised, and so impressed with her performance, did not faulter.
Highly recommend seeing this show. Very powerful, moving experience.

Seat selection was easy

Seat selection was easy, showed view and demonstrated location, could select from list or by map. Tickets were easily accessible and in one place. Venue was great and performance overall was great!
