I changed my email address and my tickets disappeared from my account. After 6 weeks of emailing back and forth, the night before my event, I finally had a ticketmaster customer service person tell me to go back to old email address and my tickets would 're appear'. it was very stressful and each email would say 'problem rectified' when it wasn't rectified at all. Some training is required there.

Your staff are always most helpful. I'm disabled & need some help getting to my seat. One lady recognized me from the Jeff Goldblum concert. The moment I arrived she come over to me to say hello & welcome. I wish I could remember her name.

Michael Jackson the Musical - WOW !!!!
We absolutely LOVED Michael Jackson the Musical. What an AMAZING show !!! ALL of the performers were absolutely brilliant. The singing and dancing was just incredible !!! You definitely couldn't pick a favourite performer as they were all great. The storyline was so good and funny too. We highly recommend seeing the show. My husband gave it a 10/10, so that's saying something.

Absolutely the best show we have been to at Anita Theatre. The Valley's are excellent & very entertaining. Right from the beginning they were into it & my wife & I had a smile on our faces until the end. Will be seeing them again sometime but will take our daughter's with us this time.

Dislike:- My phone refused to upload my ticket. Tried numerous ways all failed. Went to the local Telstra branch to see whether they could help. They did their best but couldn't help. Your WEB site I found difficult to use and navigate. You seem to go to great lengths Not to give real help i.e. human intervention. Finally was told to go to the venue booking office before the event. They were must helpful, issued me with a paper ticket to get in.
Never had any issues attending the Recital Centre or the Arts Centre (Hamer Hall)

I took my son to see 'The Lion King ' 30 years ago, it was in Capitol Theatre. I took my son 's family to see the show last night. It was most enjoyable, a lot of improvements, artistic lighting and wonderful choreography. The desgned animals were so real and amazing. We had a good time !

Time Breakdown in Coms Leading Up To Show
It would’ve been useful for the show communication in the lead up to the show to breakdown times specifically as to when doors open & show starts & if there is a support act as I missed the first 10 mins of the show due to assuming there was support.
Unfortunately useless
Has absolutely no customer service line or chat anymore. Took them about 8 weeks to respond to my enquiries. Was too late to actually assist and now the multibillion dollar corporation won’t refund $86 because it’s in their T&Cs, despite the fact that in was only caused by their appallingly slow and unhelpful customer service.
