Ramp good, pricey, arrived slightly damaged

Good range of ramps but size (length) to gradient info limited, eg if have to fit in car and get an unloaded powerchair in and up about 750mm ish guidance doesnt reflect our experience ( it overestimates length)

Excellent Service from The Ramp People

I needed a ramp and platform to fit into a tight space and found what I thought was a suitable set on your website. On enquiring with your technical team, an alternative was suggested which was ideal. It fitted better and I found it easy to install. Ordering and delivery excellent. Great customer service

Great customer service, the dog ramp was a very competitive price and when it arrived it was of a good sturdy quality. Our old Spaniel can get into the back of the car without needing lifting in now.

Product is excellent.
Communication over delivery date needs improvement. Only messaged about delivery at 9 pm before next day delivery possibly at 8am!
