How to turn a lost order into excellent customer service.
A few days after ordering I realised i'd not recieved my order. I called (on a Friday) to find out where my order was and spoke to Georgie who had a quick look, couldn't find my order, took my details and promised me a call back.
As with a lot of businesses in this day and age I thoroughly expected not to hear anything back and made a mental note to call them the next day.
Hiwever, shortly after making my 1st call, Georgia called me back, as promised but much earlier than I expected to tell me my order had been lost somewhere in the ether but they had now found it and would get it sent out quickly.
I recieved it the next day (Saturday)
No fuss, no long waits, no problems just a simple apology, ownership of the problem and a prompt and courteous resolution.
Thank you Georgie from a happy and impressed customer.
