The support
The support, knowledge and advice has been outstanding from first contact straight through to policy set up. The continuity from Natalie was fantastic, who ensured that she adopted full ownership of our case, whilst keeping us updated throughout. Full personalisation of our individual family needs was given full consideration throughout also.

She took the time to find the right insurance for us and was very thorough in finding a policy that met our needs. Communication throughout was exceptional and made easier by her friendly approachable manner.

Kieran at Insurance Helpline has made the transition of changing insurance policies after moving house so simple. He took so much stress away from what was already a stressful time. I have used Insurance Helpline a few times now. Everytime they have been extremely helpful and patient. They also helped by taking the time to explain different options and discuss what was best for us. I would recommend them to everyone needing help setting up life and home insurance. Cannot recommend Insurance Helpline enough. Natalie was so knowledgeable and helpful in updating our existing policies to get the exact cover we were looking for for not much more than what we were already paying. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the team. Indira was so patient and lovely when talking through putting our policies in trust and answered all my questions with such easiness. We are also going to use Indira for putting our wills in place as wouldn’t trust anybody else. Thanks again .

Can’t recommend the company highly enough.
Fenella is amazing, she is extremely knowledgeable and explains in great detail which Products/Policies work best for your situation. Nothing is too much trouble.
Being an offshore worker, it can be difficult sometimes when trying to find the right Policies at an affordable price. However Fenella spent hours researching before coming back with some excellent and affordable products.
Will be recommending to friends and colleagues.

Efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service.
We first spoke with Fenella in 2015 and we were amazed at the detail she was able to explain about what our current life and critical illness insurance policies didn’t cover and to recommend better ones. When wanting to update our policies at the start of this year, there’s no other place we would have gone. Efficient, knowledgable and friendly, Fenella makes everything so easy. Indira was also excellent in advising us on how to put our policies in trust. Thank you to the team - you definitely get our recommendation.

Extremely professional service
Extremely professional service from Fenella with regards to our life and critical illness cover. I've never had anyone go into so much detail to make sure we get the correct cover. Always replied quickly to any question we had no matter how small. Can't recommend the IHL enough.
