Stuck on a Dual Carriageway in rush hour!

Having come to a halt on a frighteningly busy dual carriageway I was classed as urgent and an AA mechanic arrived within 25minutes of my call. He was calm and explained everything clearly and carefully enabling me to follow his instructions to the letter, before following me to a lay-by where it was safe to stop. It was nice to feel yourself in safe hands.
I have only the highest praise for Patrick and his team of fellow mechanics and would have no hesitation in recommending the AA.

Quick response

Had a nail in my tyre which caused a flat. AA man was with me in 30 mins and changed it in minutes. Advised me on next steps to take. Reassuring and professional service.

Breakdown on slip road off M90

Broke down on a slip road after clutch went. All the staff I spoke to were very professional, polite and helpful. The breakdown driver, Colin, arrived quickly and soon had my car towed to a garage of my choice. Would highly recommend this service.

My partner was browsing to renew our aa…

My partner was browsing to renew our aa breakdown cover as price went up over £300 for a year next thing a payment was taken for cover we never agreed
Phoned aa to cancel as we had found cover else where for £400 less they cancelled not wanted policy but charged us£20 for something we never confirmed we had no email confirmation just took money

Hi David, sorry to hear you're unhappy with the auto renewal process. When cover is set up, it’s agreed that payments will be taken using a recurring payment method. Renewal documents are then sent around 4 weeks in advance, by email or post depending on the preference selected at the time. If we don’t hear back, the cover will automatically renew to ensure there’s no gap. We hope this was explained at the time and everything is ok now.
