God service, hurtig ekspedition og nem process.

All was good and fast! Very good service, Thansen Team!

A good thing is that I was able to get the product desired. The shopping experience was unpleasant, however. I felt discriminated because the form only accepts Danish phone numbers and I don't have one. I had to find a person who was willing to use their phone number to place the order.

I made an order for delivery on the website. The following day I received a parcel containing only half the order!!! The packing slip within the parcel listed all items but only half were in the package!!

I contacted customer service by telephone to report the issue. After a wait my call was answered and the agent agreed to resend the missing part of the order. The rest of the order was received the following day.

The customer service was very good and extremely helpful. However, I cannot give more than 3 stars given the inconvenience caused byt eh missing items.

Quick and easy to find what I needed on web site, out of stock in my nearby stores but available for order, next day the product was there, fantastic, only thing to improve is to fix the scanner booth/queuing ticket machine which has been out of order for about a week, making pickup less enjoyable than it could be and is probably costing you money--have to stand in a queue rather than browse while waiting for service. One other unhappy surprise: the vent pipe for Toyota is a different size from the Bosch battery vent hole, it was a pain to modify the vent elbow to make it fit. As the battery was shown as compatible I would have expected that everything would work, I've since seen other suppliers provide an adapter with the battery.

I made click and collect order in the website. In less than 30 minutes my order was waiting for me to pick from pickup point. The automated pickup point is working perfectly, it’s smooth and easy to operate. Recommend.

Pick up service can be with one tricket.

Fast and professional service

I had order the wiring harness complete from old street x which is in the websites but they send me the wrong wiring harness complete from new or latest street x and i try to return to them they dont accept with open parcel.
Its not only you dont accept the return of open packages its about you send me the wrong product which i didnot order. I had order for old scooter which is in your website but you send me new wiring harness complete. In your website the picture clearly shows that it is for older scooter.

Beside the shop. Noticed I forgot my phone at thansen
Well on the way in
A employee accused me of stealing..
In my face ....well a huge surprise.
So the manager was engaging

And couldn't probé
That allegations against me .
Manager said we are allow to accused people
No problem
Well I got an idea. asking him to
Repeat what he just said. so i can make a video of it...
And he run inside the shop.
Now that was illegal...
But not accused of shop lifting.
