I paid for home delivery
I live in Denmark. I paid for home delivery, but GLS said the driver never even tried to deliver the package and instead dropped it off at a package shop. This was a week after I ordered the package and I was told it could take an additional three days for GLS to pick up the package and home deliver it. I picked it up myself and will ask for a refund for home delivery from the initial provider. Not happy.

Dropped boxes marked a fragile!
Person who delivered our four boxes, 1) DROPPED them on on top of the other 2) at floor under our floor. I was waiting for him at our floor and heard how hard he dropped them. They were clearly marked as “Fragile”. All the Royal Copenhagen plates’s boxes in the bottom box were damaged due to the shock. And two plates were broken in pieces. I have taken many pictures.
