Took a little longer than last time (2 days) but all went as it should. One cartridge is not official HP so I’ll see what that gives. Normally cartridges are incredibly expensive.

It is the second time in 2 weeks that…

It is the second time in 2 weeks that the delivery man pretends to ring but doesn't and drops my package at the parcel shop instead claiming that no one was home. It is extremely frustrating when one makes the necessary arrangements to stay home on purpose to be there for the scheduled delivery. I understand that some packages can be heavy and carrying them to the 5th floor is not fun. But as least you can ring and ask me to come down and help ! No, instead I have to carry a 20kg top mattress from a parcel shop 400m away with an injured knee. It is not better, is it ?

I always had problems with GLS

I always had problems with GLS. They sent me an email that the package will be delivered on 9th and if I want I can change the delivery address...I changed it...specified that I want it on my front door. And the driver showed up on 8th and he didn't leave it where I said. I had to reorder the delivery. And they very "prompt" the delivery it will be made between 07:00-16:00...that means I have to get a day off from work to receive the parcel?
