Another horrible experience, I wish they didn’t send me a review request, otherwise I wouldn’t write it.

Collected my block and collect cables to convert an old car stereo, I asked for advice and if the guy could join me at the audio section, he literally hit my head off, walked away as I was trying to ask about a whole new set up rather than converting, so estimate 3-4000 kr sale for him.

He told me he doesn’t know and was pretty angry about my simple request, I asked is there anyone else who is knowledgable in car audio, but he was already on his way back to serve someone else and dismissed me completely!

I left for a minute, came back in to return the product, simply due to the bad customer service, but stopped, went online and kept the product as a back up before I find proper help.

I’ve found a new solution, so the product is going back today.

I’ve decided, even though I prefer to go in store and talk to humans, I won’t be using Thansen again, I’d rather wait a few days from online competitors.

You're lying! I caused a commotion, and today you sent me a package from another store after eight days of arguing with you.

I always like to shop in T Hansen. They use my first name when I come. I get what I want fast at a good price. Service is good. They take a return if it is genuine and I appreciate that when you make a mistake. All stars from me.

They tried to sell me a an outdated cart od Sikaflex. When I realized they cheked, and they only had outdated products on the self.

I was told, I can order new one, but it it will not be guaranteed, that it will not be outdated again.

I was told, it is general problem, what is onsolved in the company for years.

I had to asked more heavily and pressure them, that it is not good service, they called around their shops in the region, and chased for a cart, which is not outdated.

Otherwise, my boatrepair project was postponed, due to the lack of material....

Ifyou have so many outdated materials, why dont you make a campaign every spring to sell, those ones, every springtime.... Just to reduce your loss, and make customers happy....

My order was canceled several times without me being contacted. I only received a message that they had tried to contact me but were unsuccessful, which is untrue. After rescheduling, the reservation was scheduled for the wrong time than the one I requested. After calling customer service and rescheduling according to the options available on their website, my order and services were canceled again the day before the scheduled date.
