I ordered a VGA Street X EFI 30 km/h scooter from Thansen on the 13th of February. At the time of ordering, they told me they would deliver it on the 16th of February. However, the 16th passed and they delayed the delivery to the 18th. When I finally received the product, even though I had ordered it brand new, the scooter would not start at all. Considering the delivery delay and their poor service, I had a very bad experience overall. I would not recommend anyone to go to Thansen.”

Please note that when ordering a new scooter, the process includes preparation and registration before delivery, which can take a few days. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated.
We are also sorry to hear that the scooter would not start.

Bad, I bought two items when I went to pick them up, they only gave me one and told me that the other was out of stock and that they would replace it with something else.
