Great service and excellent clean of a very old property …
We had a very old property that needed a deep clean before putting in the market. The 2 guys have done an excellent job. The carpets are the cleanest they have ever been . All of the windows are sparkling. The bathrooms are spotless. We are very pleased that we can now get on and sell the house . The service was very quick. We booked on Friday and the clean was today , Sunday . Thank you to the very polite and hard working young men who kept us informed when they were ready to inspect . Would recommend

Really great service and crew. Led by Bianca, they were all respectful, nice, polite, friendly! We reviewed after the service and it was looking really great…when they left we then identified 1 missed spot at the entrance, but not really problematic. Definitely recommend their service and will for sure hire again.

Cleaning standard was above expectations. I didnt think my taps would go back to looking new and an oven tray that I was going to throw out because it had so much grease went back to a clean state. Would recommend for a hassle free end of tenancy clean

I will never recommend this tenancy cleaner to anyone
Rubbish! I will never recommend this tenancy cleaner to anyone. I had to be the one to point out several areas they left uncleaned. The number of times they spent outside smoking is far greater than the time they spent actually cleaning. They were even putting on their shoes on the carpet they claimed to have cleaned. I had to do a lot of cleaning in places they overlooked. They did the job in a rush, claiming they had come from 3 hours away and needed to leave. Unfortunately, I need to drop the house key off at the agents, and I was desperate. Plus, they took the money up front, so they had the upper hand. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have paid until my job was fully completed.

Bianca and her two lovely ladies did an end of tenancy clean on my apartment today - it was actually worse than I initially thought it was, once the furniture was out. However, Team Bianca did a deep clean and the apartment was sparkly clean, especially the bathrooms and kitchen appliances! The rest of the flat was gleaming as well. It took all the aggravation out of making sure that flat was in tip-top condition, ready for me to hand the keys back in. Moving all the furniture etc to the new flat had been very stressful and the thought of deep cleaning the old flat was just too much for me! So, for the first time ever, I engaged a cleaning contractor and they never let me down. Such a long drive from Wembley to Southend in dreadful traffic on the motorway (there had been an accident) but the girls gave the job their all, worked very hard and I am very very grateful. I would have them come to my new flat once a month to help out, but it’s way too far for that! Once again, ladies, thank you!!!

Reliable Service
I ordered an end-of-tenancy cleaning at the end of my tenancy. My landlord has been very kind to us, and I simply wanted to return the property in good condition. I booked the appointment with Ricky, who gave me very good advice and responded promptly. As I was moving abroad, I didn’t want to miss the appointment, so I reconfirmed it with Ricky the day before.
On the day, Sorin and his colleague arrived promptly at 9 a.m., and the job was completed by 12 p.m. I would say the work was done beautifully. Upon checkout, my landlord was very happy with the cleanliness of the house.
I would say they are reliable, responsible, and truly worth the money. They made the process stress- and hassle-free before I left the country.

Avoid
Avoid, this company in no way gave a professional clean or service. From the outset as soon as three young lads turned up in a car with a couple of bags of cleaning products that looked like they were from home bargains. I knew it was not going to be the professional deep clean l had booked. Not a professional van or uniform as shown in their website. I lived opposite the property they were supposed to be cleaning and could see they were not putting too much effort in and could hear them from the other side of the road messing around. I had to go out but when l came home I went to check the property. They had cleaned parts quite well. But the doors, skirting boards, windows and door handles, light switches had either been missed or not done properly. The floor looked like it hadn’t been touched. We were so disappointed. I informed the company they offered to come back but there was no point l needed someone professional with professional equipment and experience to do the job properly. Very disappointed in this company.
Edit: just read the reply from Tenancy clean. I did refuse them to come back as stated why. I wanted to use actual professional cleaners. I was offered £25.00 refund about 10% of what we paid. Nowhere near enough to cover the cost of getting it done properly by another company.

When you raised your concerns, we immediately offered a free re-clean in line with our service guarantee so we could address the areas you highlighted, including doors, skirting boards, switches and flooring. This offer was declined, which we of course respected. As an alternative, and to resolve the matter fairly, we issued compensation aligned specifically with the areas that were flagged as not meeting standard.
We understand that presentation, equipment, and professionalism are very important, and we’re sorry that this did not come across clearly on the day. Your comments have been shared internally so we can continue improving both quality control and customer confidence.
We regret that we were unable to change your impression of the service, but we do appreciate you giving us the opportunity to respond and for bringing these points to our attention.

End of tenancy clean. Sardar called to let me know what time he would arrive. He went through the list of items that I had booked to be cleaned. On my return to the property he again went through the list of items booked to make sure I was happy with the cleaning. The property was cleaned to an excellent standard and Sardar takes great pride in his work.
