Friendly, fair and thorough cleaning
They were incredibly friendly and inviting. Very kind with organising the date and time even when rearrangements needed to be made. Kept up to date with potential cleaning issues (i.e. electric hob discolouring) and explained it well. Hard working, just cracked on with the job immediately and left the place in a fantastic state. Highly recommended for your end of tenancy cleaning!

Very negative experience, do not use
Very negative experience. Felt as if this was a shake down.
The positive part was communication on what was to be done and the ability to tailor it to requirement.
The hugely negative element was then being told the job would then cost more than double due to the condition being “less than average”.
On asking for the exact details of the increase the elements quoted didn’t match the areas that were then highlighted as being below average.
I accept some areas definitely needed more attention than others but overall job ask was balanced. Would have paid a small uplift for convenience but more than twice the quote - ridiculous!
I’d expect the company to be more supportive to customers and challenge contractors who are after hiking up prices once they have arrived - bearing in mind a 30% cancellation fee - rather than behind the contractors.
Awful experience would not use, recommend or contact.
And in response to the tenancy cleaner reply. The single sink in the utility room had significant limescale on - NOT one of the areas quoted as needing more cleaning.
It wasn’t heavily dirty or soiled, but the agent/contractor very much positioned it as such and tenancy cleaner simply accepted their word and photo of a part of the house that wasn’t relevant.
To even now try and defend this shows the mindset. I’m sure there are decent cleaning agents but if you get one like the one I did. I fear for you!!

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify the situation for transparency.
When requesting the quotation, the property was described as being in average condition. Our pricing is based on the information provided by the customer regarding the size and condition of the property. However, when our team attended, the property was found to be in a heavily soiled condition, far beyond what would be considered average. For example, the sink bowls had approximately 2 cm of limescale build-up, and several areas of the property were in an extremely dirty state.
If the property had been described as below average or heavily soiled, we would have asked for photos beforehand and provided a more accurate quotation based on the real condition. This would have given you the opportunity to either proceed with the service at the correct price or seek another company that suited your budget.
Unfortunately, the condition on arrival required significantly more labour, time, and chemicals than originally quoted. For this reason, the revised price was provided transparently before starting the work so you could decide whether to proceed.
We understand that price adjustments can be frustrating, but our pricing must reflect the actual level of work required, especially when the property condition differs significantly from what was initially described.
I would strongly advise avoiding this…
I would strongly advise avoiding this company. During the clean, a mirror was taken from our flat and effectively stolen. When we later asked about it, they claimed it had been “rubbish” that they removed, yet a few weeks later they somehow had the mirror in their possession, which completely contradicts that explanation.
They also took our keys from the lockbox to let themselves in but left with them, which resulted in us being locked out of the flat overnight and created a serious security risk.
The clean itself was only adequate and far from the professional standard we expected.
Overall, this was a very concerning and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend using their services.
* The reply to the below regarding the mirror is incorrect, as it was a brand new gold mirror and is currently being used in our house! The lie to cover up them stealing it is crazy! We also got in touch with the company directly and we were met with rude, unprofessional and unhelpful responses. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

First, we did not receive any complaint or notification from you regarding the cleaning standards after the service. If any areas had been flagged to us at the time, we would have gladly investigated and arranged for them to be rectified in line with our service guarantee.
Regarding the mirror, our team removed it because it was dirty, rusty, and in poor condition. Leaving it in place would have continued to make the surrounding area appear unclean after the service. It was therefore treated as an item intended for disposal rather than something of value.
With respect to the keys, our teams always use the access method provided by the customer (such as a lockbox) to enter the property and return them once the service is complete. At no point was there any intention to create inconvenience or security concerns.
We regret that you feel disappointed with the experience, however we would always encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns so we can address them promptly and fairly.

Thorough, effective, meticulous
We wanted the entire house thoroughly cleaned prior to a move. The team arrived on time, brought their own cleaning equipment, worked hard, and left the house spotless. (We came back to a house full of cleaning-product fumes, opened all the windows, and went out for dinner - when we came back, a couple of hours later, the house smelled fresh and clean.) We'd explained we did not want them to clean our desk tops (both of us work from home) and they didn't - but every other area of the house got thoroughly cleaned, including the oven and the inside of the fridge. We were very, very impressed. Well worth the fee. If we need a cleaning service for the new place, we know who we'll call.

Booked a clean for 25/02/26 paid £278 the day they arrived they wanted a extra £250 from me after I sent photos and agreed a price absolutely disgusting will never be trying these cowboys again! Managed to find someone as short notice same job and only £250 total!

Cleaners never turned up
Cleaners never turned up. My 70 year old father was waiting outside the empty property for 2 hours waiting for them to let them in. No reply on WhatsApp. I rang office and they kept saying they’d ring back but never did. When I rang to chase, the said the cleaning team is stuck in traffic and would be 10 minutes. 45 minutes later I ring back the office and they now say that the team have been caught up at the earlier clean - so which one is it? Also initial service was moved from 10am to 1pm with little notice.

We would like to clarify that all calls to the office were answered. Our team had been delayed at the morning service due to unexpected circumstances, which caused a knock-on delay to your booking. As soon as we were aware that the delay would be significant, we informed you that we were attempting to source another available team to attend instead.
During that conversation, we also asked whether the service could be rescheduled to another day and offered to apply a discount for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, due to it being short notice and teams already allocated, we were unable to replace the original team within the timeframe required.
We fully understand how disappointing this must have been, especially with your father waiting at the property, and we sincerely apologise for the disruption. Delays of this nature are rare, but when they do occur, we do our best to communicate and offer reasonable solutions.
