Replacement delay
The case itself is excellent, however, one of the attachments securing the cross body strap sheared off. Despite being offered a replacement within the guarantee, it took two months for this to happen. I think it was an issue with the help desk computerised system, which I hope is now resolved.

OK, but not brilliant
Z Fold 7 cover is good for general drop protection, but no hinge protection and the front cover strip next to the hinge doesn't stay in place for long
The reply below from Tech21 doesn't ring true re reviewing for future improvement. The design of the cover has essentially been exactly the same since at least as far back as Z Fold 3. In fact I believe they used to have adhesive on the front screen side strip, but don't now, so it just floats around. So there's been no real product improvement on covers for Z Fold devices in years.

Highly disappointing experience
Sorry. Can’t really review as Evri failed to deliver the product. Took them over a week to stop saying ‘delayed’ to then saying ‘damaged’ and I had to chase Tech21 3 times for some form of update. Overall experience then very poor.

Even one star is too much
I placed an order and after 2 working days I asked them about expected shipping time. Instead of receiving any aswer my order was cancelled saying the item was out of stock. According to their website the item was in stock so I placed another order. It was cancelled again saying it was “at my request”. I asked them what’s that supposed to mean but never got an answer.

Poor product description
The description of the items when I bought them was not clear. I just wanted to buy screen protectors but they came with a case which I already have. I wanted a screen protector to use with the existing tech 21 case.

Unfortunately I cannot rate the company's product as the package I received was empty and appeared to have been opened prior to delivery.
