Great iPhone case, good value - ticks all the boxes for me

I ordered a case for my new phone and stupidly chose tech 21 as I used it for the last 10 years. The case never arrived. Evri don't care, neither do tech 21. Can't get a refund or even an apology. £40 out of pocket and no case. Absolutely shocking! Don't ever choose this company, plenty great cases out there for less money and much better customer service!

After reading many reviews for best phone cases. Tech21 name kept on cropping up. It was being mentioned along with Mous & Otterbox as offering top rated drop protection for my new phone.
I ordered a EvoCheck Magnet (smokey/black) for my Samsung S26+, it arrived prior to the stated delivery date, excellent packaging and excellent feel and quality of the case it also included two extra sets of button covers (different colours), very easy to fit on to the phone and a very good fit, as well being comfortable in your hands. It's early days but due to my own clumsiness I have dropped my new phone, no worries, no damage to phone or case. Excellent customer service during the ordering process and even after delivery . I would definitely be using this company again and have no problem in referring Tech21 to others. 5☆

I bought the Tech21 MacBook cover directly with Tech21. The protective foil was wrinkled, with dirt trapped in the creases. Additionally, the item was not boxed - it was simply placed in an envelope with a piece of branded cardboard. Tech 21 unreasonably told me I have to pay for product return which qualifies as non-conforming, and they cannot legally require the customer to pay return postage before refunding you. Unprofessional customer service and poor knowledge of law and customers’ rights.

I have not dropped my phone, I have not dropped anything on my phone and I noticed today that the back glass is shattered.

No clue why or how but obviously the Tech21 case did absolutely nothing to prevent the damage.

$50 case appears to be a waste of money as my $1,000 phone is shattered.

Great case, looks the same as photos. Now to see how it holds up...if it's anything like previous Tech21 cases it should be great.

Ordered a pink phone case from them and it was a completely different colour to the one advertised and when I requested an exchange or a refund they said I had to return the product and cover the shipping costs both ways. Their response was rude and unhelpful with poor customer service and no apology for sending me a totally different product to the one on the website. This is false advertising and the product should be taken own.

First you have to pay for the return, secondly, they ask for the confirmation of the delivery because they couldn’t find it and lastly they promised to refund within 5 days and they didn’t. Also, no reaction to my emails.

DO NOT PURCHASE BUYER BEWARE Purchased a Tech 21 case last year for my brand new iPhone. Recently dropped my phone from waist height and my iphone completely smashed despite the case being advertised as “military grade protection with 16FT/4.9M FlexShock multi-drop impact protection”. Reached out to Tech 21 who just offered to replace the case. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND. Casetify and Otterbox actually provide military grade protection. I have lodged a complaint with the ACCC.

The best customer service ever! Even if we had issue due to the shipping service they solved everything asap. Great quality of products and good resistance.

Ordered a case two weeks ago and still have not had it delivered.

Purchased a new iPhone 17 clear case for my daughter’s phone. She tends to drop her phone a lot and having purchased Tech21 cases in the past for previous phone I knew it would be well protected.

She has dropped the phone a handful of times since Christmas and no damage so am glad I invested in another Tech21 case to ensure the phone stays like new for the next few years.

Refund process very poor. You have to chase them through a system designed to confuse you. No automatic refund when you return product.

This company is horrible. I purchased a laptop cover and it was not delivered. They have NO phone support. If you call the one number on their site, it’s a recording. They do not respond to emails. BUT, they keep sending me daily spam mail to buy their product with a “Leave us a review” button at the bottom. So I will! I am starting to think this is a scam business that used bots to populate fake 5 star ratings.

I was supplied with a faulty (chips to edge of glass) screen protector. Reported this to them upon receipt, but they are refusing to replace it - said I must have damaged it myself. Have chased several times and they are just now ignoring me, despite me pointing out that they are in breach of consumer rights legislation. Don’t touch this company with a barge pole…

The product itself was fine, and the order was dispatched relatively quickly. However, the delivery time was very long due to delays during transportation, which resulted in the package taking over a month to arrive.

Another order placed around the same time arrived much faster, which highlighted the inconsistency in the delivery experience.

Customer service was polite and responsive, but despite the unusually long delivery time caused by transport delays, the return process still required the customer to cover the return shipping. Under the circumstances, this could have been handled more flexibly.

Overall, the product quality is good, but the delivery and return experience could be improved

These protective covers are garbage and they do not honor their warranty unless you purchase directly from them...
DO NOT PURCHASE THESE PRODUCTS!
