I ordered a protection for my Iphone 16, there was a button missing , I tried to reach them wit 15 mails, I never received a personal response or a solution,
this was my 4th case I bought with Tech21, it will be my last.

Customer service was TERRIBLE
Customer service was TERRIBLE. The only way to "get help" is to send an email and then the email is ignored. I only got a response back when I wanted to start a return, all other emails were ignored.

Replacement Case Is Terrible
The replacement case I received was defective. It ripped as I installed my phone into it. I sent an immediate photo and I am being told I have to wait 60 days for a replacement.

Need to change delivery company evri. Went to collect parcel it had been opened and was empty. Didn't get chance to get replacement sent from tech21 they just reimbursed my payment

Zero stars - never received the item which cost £80 and they have ignored my emails. Am looking to take them to small claims court. Appalling service! Would never buy from them again!!!!

Nearly plastic-free shipping materials! I was impressed! The case was delivered in a timely manner and I like the case. This would have been 5 stars except that the case covers two ports on my Macbook and I still couldn't tell that would be the case from the website where I ordered it when I went back to check. It should be made clear that the case is only for 2-port 13-inch MacBook Pros.
