These were our third Tech21 covers. They are the best protection, with great looks. We've had them from our early cell phone using, and recommend them to everyone. This order was for all our family members with our new Apple phones.
The website ordering process was easy, and everything shipped complete, and showed up when promised.

I order my parcel a few weeks ago, the delivery company said it had arrived however I have received no parcel with my iPad case. Emailed tech 21 however have had no response.

Had a case for I want to say 2 week before the front cracked. 3 weeks after that my back glass shattered. Had an OtterBox for 3 years and never had an issue. Only reason I didn’t get otterbox is because it was a gift.

Brand new iPhone 16 plus. Shattered the back with first drop. Salesman at T-Mobile insisted we get the tech 21 cases. Big mistake. My son’s case was scratched by the salesman while setting up his phone at store. He didn’t notice til we got home. Definitely not impressed with tech 21 products and will never buy them again.

Tech 21 manufacture top end cell phone cases. Ordering and delivery is simple and quick.

Customer service is not an option by phot or chat.

Customer waits for days before get response. Need tech21 to invest in customer service and post sales.

Good cover however delivery was slow

I put the case on my phone and within 2 hours, my screen had cracked from dropping my phone inside the car- not even on concrete or a hard flood. I’ve tried to contact Tech21 to no avail to request information on how to return the item or get a refund. I got an automated email saying someone would contact me with in two working days but that was over a week ago.

No response to delivery issue, which I sent numerous emails and end up claiming money back through PayPal.

Absolutely appalling customer service

I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. I have been waiting over two weeks since I’ve submitted my warranty for my phone case that is to be replaced. I just keep getting emails saying sorry for the delay. Cannot reach anybody!! I will never order anything from this company again!!

Wrong item which doesn’t fit. Send me the right one and a return label

Hello, I sent two emails explaining that I received a case for an iPhone 13 Pro Max. I’m pretty sure I ordered a case for an iPhone 16 Pro Max. I never got a response on how I can send this case back for an exchange on a I 16 Pro Max case.

I received my order, but it was damaged / broken. I sent 2 separate emails and received no response. Will be taking matter further soon.

Absolutely best on the market! I am a taxi driver and my phone is on holder all day long ubder the sun and i spend £90 on a case which supposed to last forever and never get faded but in reality it got faded and yellow after 1 year of use. I had my Tech21 case from 3 as a free gift when i was renewing my contract and decided to use it until it fades and gets yellow.
Well guess what, its been now 2 years and its still absolutely the same as day 1, i got one for my wife as well and she absolutely loves it, you can’t get any better than this for the money , 100% sure and 100% recommended!!!

I had one case from 3 for free and never used it until mine faded from the sun, i am a taxi driver and my phone is on a holder all the time. and i paid £90 for my old one which supposed to last forever but faded after a year or so and then i put Tech21 one and been 2 years now with it an never faded, its still as day one 2 years later. I bought for my wife too and she is absolutely loving it and it costs only around £30 which is no brainer for the quality of this case

Great product and fast delivery service! Fits my phone like a glove and protected it from its first drop on the pavement. Thank you for making such great products.

My parcel never arrived. I have sent multiple (about 5/6) emails and help request and have never come back to me. I have ask for a refund and haven't even been acknowledged. I am very disappointed with service.

I ordered a case from their website on June 24, 2025, with a promised delivery window of 3–5 days. However, I received a notification from the courier stating that the shipment was damaged and that I should contact the seller directly.

I reached out via the “Contact Us” page on their website and also followed up with an email. I received an automated response saying they would reply within 24 hours, but it has now been over a week with no further communication. It’s been 8 business days since I placed the order, and I still haven’t received a response or any update on the issue.

Terrible customer service. Their product was trash. Complained to them immediately. They sent a couple of automated mails that they would get back to me, never did.

Absolute waste of money, never again!
