“Amazing Team at Taylor Wimpy Hampden Fields West, Western Turville”

We recently moved into our new home at Taylor Wimpy Hampden Fields West, and we can't recommend this team highly enough. In the run-up to our move date, when things felt pressured, the office team, Krissy, Karl and Sarah, went above and beyond. They listened, they looked after us, and they pulled out all the stops to make sure everything came together. We felt genuinely heard throughout, and we're so grateful for their support.

Special mention has to go to Wes, the site manager. He's an outstanding communicator and it was clear at every stage that he was doing everything he could to make things work for us. The result is a beautiful new home that we're absolutely delighted with, and that's down to Wes, who is simply the best site manager we could have hoped for, as well as being a genuinely lovely bloke.

From start to finish, over six months, the whole team was engaging, positive, and seemed truly happy for us when we finally moved in. It's rare to feel so well looked after through the entire process, and we'd wholeheartedly recommend this team to anyone considering a new home here.

We have had the best experience so far! We are first time buyers so it’s all very daunting and Katie has been so kind and accommodating of our requests the entire time! She has made sure that we are fully comfortable with everything and has advocated for us the entire time to help make sure this will be a purchase we won’t forget! I 100% recommend Taylor Wimpey and have already told anyone who will listen about how grateful we are of their help!

The customer service at the Hayford Grange was excellent, as I had a detailed information about my ongoing newly built house, and also the 5% discounts

Our experience with Taylor Wimpey's
after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. As a developer that promotes values such as “we know how important your new home is” and “you can trust our industry-leading quality,” we would have expected a significantly higher standard of service and communication. Disappointingly, 12 WEEKS after raising a number of concerns we have only just had them completed to a satisfactory standard, this has fallen well short of any commitments made.
Since moving into our home, we've raised a number of concerns but often felt that responses have been dismissive rather than genuinely focusing on understanding the issue being raised. To be completely honest, based on our experience so far, I wouldn't recommend purchasing a new build property to anyone. Furthermore, given the level of service and aftercare we have received throughout this process, I certainly would not recommend purchasing one through Taylor Wimpey. We have not expected Taylor Wimpey to resolve matters outside their control. However, we did expect clearer communication, empathy and issues relating to them being sorted in a timely manner. It may be that the issues experiences are site-specific but Taylor Wimpey have shown a total lack of organisation, responsibility and respect for us as the customer. Ultimately it again falls short on any form of professionalism, urgency or customer service and certainly not considered a priority as repeatedly promised.

We recently bought our new home at Salden Place East with Taylor Wimpey and have had such a positive experience.

A special thank you to Jay, who was our main point of contact throughout the process. He was incredibly helpful, patient and always available to answer our questions. He made what could have been a stressful process feel really straightforward and kept us informed at every stage.

Emma was also lovely to deal with and really helpful whenever we needed anything.

Sandeep from the sales team was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer our questions, responded quickly to our phone calls and emails, and kept us informed every step of the way. As first-time buyers, buying a home can feel overwhelming, but Sandeep’s professionalism, patience, and friendly approach made the whole experience much less stressful and gave us confidence throughout the journey.

Following completion, Luke was equally helpful in dealing with the few minor issues we had. He responded promptly to our emails and messages, kept us updated, and made sure everything was resolved quickly and efficiently.

We would like to say a huge thank you to the entire Taylor Wimpey team for making our first home-buying experience such a positive one.
