Extremely kind and knowledgeable staff took time to listen to what I wanted and needed

It is just good to visit an efficient and friendly team.

I don't remember the name of the specialist who examined my eyes and selected my glasses, but I am very grateful to him—he was very pleasant, patient, responsible, and knowledgeable in his field.

Good eye testing for me, I was given a date to collect my new glasses &time but the staff over worked and no where to sit but they do there best but it was Half a hour before it was me turn.

For the second time I had to ask for a review of my prescription. The glasses were altered. However when I had a meeting with an ophthalmic consultant he advised the prescription is still not correct and that my cataracts are in urgent need of treatment.

Great experience when choosing the glasses but when they were fitted they were lopsided and didn’t fit. Despite the lady bending them twice they still didn’t fit properly. I tried to explain this but the lady was dismissive and told me “see how you go!” When you’ve spent £300 on a pair of glasses that is not a satisfactory response. I returned the glasses a week later and received a refund.

I hadn't visited Specsavers for many years and will now use them in future. Much better than a rival highstreet opticians who gave me generally poor service recently.

They helped me choose glasses which I like, and fitted them well. Good friendly customer service throughout. Weston-super-Mare branch reviewed.

They don’t tell you how much the eye test is until you’ve already had it!
I didn’t like their selection of glasses do went to Boots instead.
They also use the Astley distribution centre and it’s ruining the lives of locals. Google it!
