The hearing aid lady was polite and very helpful explained everything to me and I came away confident about using my new hearing aids. Same with lad who I got my new glasses from very polite young lad.

Getting my first pair of glasses
Getting my first pair of glasses, couldn't have been more easy!
Followig my biannual eye appointment, I was told I need to get glasses. All the staff were very informative, friendly and welcoming. They answered all questions I had and within 2 weeks, I received my new pairs of glasses which I love.

All the staff are professional and care
All the staff are helpful, polite and considerate. The processes are straightforwardly explained. I never feel rushed. The premises are immaculate and well lit. I will continue to use Specksavers. Been a happy customer for years.
