My item never arrived but apparently I still have to pay for it? Avoid at all cost!
I recieved a faulty item and apparently I’m not allowed to return. Do not order from here it’s a scam!
AVOID!!!!! I would highly recommend avoiding this company. The clothes look stunning on instagram but I ordered 2 dresses in my usual size and they were so short it was more like the length of a top and I’m only 5.3!!! I was then informed after purchasing one of the items was non returnable this was not made clear at all when purchasing, I then returned the other dress to be told there was marks on the straps which is odd as I never even tried the dress on! I took it out of the bag and saw it was the same length as the other dress and put it back in to be returned. I have asked for proof of the marks but heard nothing back. They give you 7 days to reply to pay again for posting it back, even though I paid for postage and then to return it, or they will dispose of the dress however they don’t actually respond to those emails. AVOID
If I could give 0 stars I would. They do not put hygiene stickers in their swimwear so if it doesn’t fit your stuck with the item and they refuse to refund! Customer service is awful too.
I ordered the item on the 18th for next day delivery as I’m due to go on holiday on the 22nd. Tracking with DPD says not found. No one has responded to my emails. It says on the website that if you order before 5pm Monday to Thursday items will be delivered the following day, if you order Friday it will be Monday. But doesn’t say anything about Thursday evening so I’m not sure why this wasn’t delivered Saturday by DPD. It’s completely misleading. Complete waste of £50 and I can imagine it’s going to be a nightmare returning it based on the reviews. You also can’t send them messages on Instagram.
Ordered 2 items for my 30th. Wanted to return 1 as it was too small. Paid £13.99 for shipping in the first place. Then had to pay £6 to send it back, did not have the money to do this and sent them an email to say that the return would be arriving a day or 2 over the window (they want it BACK with them within 14 days). They still gave me store credit. Now they have left me in financial burden as I have to pay the Klarna £60 for a dress I didn’t even wear and returned in perfect condition. I don’t want store credit as I’m not particularly fussed on buying from there again, the item I did keep (a button up top sequin 2 piece kept popping open all night on my birthday - and not because of my chest area 😂) I had to put pins in which still didn’t work. I don’t think it’s very fair considering how expensive postage is in the first place. Won’t be buying here again.
Sorelle has the most gorgeous clothing, especially for a night out. I wore a few of their pieces in Miami recently and have never felt so glamorous and confident! Their products can sell out quickly due to high demand, so if you see a product you love, just buy it! I am a size XS and have found their clothing to fit perfectly. An XS can often still be too big for me when I have ordered from other websites. Their customer service is very quick to respond when enquiring about a product. I am not able to comment on the return process as I loved my products so I didn’t need to return them. I will be ordering again for my next holiday soon!
This website is absolutely a scam!! I ordered shoes through them and they never got delivered even tho it says they were delivered. They will not return any emails nor refund me for my missing package!

Loved my purchase from this company, the dress was beaded which can always be a hit or miss when ordering online. But the detail and quality of the dress I purchased was amazing! I also felt amazing wearing something of such good quality ❤️

I ordered a leather white dress for an event, I chose my size and sadly it didn’t fit me. I tried to put it on, and it wouldn’t go past my thighs. I then tried to send it back the same day, and ordered an outfit from elsewhere for the event in London. I then received an email today stating I won’t be getting a full refund as there is a mark on the dress, so I paid to send the dress back the same day and they will not refund me. They are also expecting me to pay for the dress to be sent back to me, when the size is not a large at all and that is a mistake on their end. I have even asked instead of refunding me, can you not put it back onto my account so I can buy a different outfit just cause to take £70 away from a customer who tried the dress on and for it to not fit is absolutely disgusting. I have sent them two emails and asked for evidence there is a mark on the dress, and they just haven’t had the human decency to respond. I would say this company is greedy, they have zero empathy, care, compassion for their customers and all they care about is money. Most companies would understand they made the mistake with sizing, it’s a white dress so if they have managed to find a spec of something on that doesn’t mean I have worn it it’s white. I have got evidence I sent the dress back the same day as I got a receipt with Evri, and I paid extra for it to be signed. I don’t believe there is any mark, as I have read other reviews and women have been upset they have sent things back and either been ignored or haven’t had any resolution. Yes their outfits look nice, but I don’t think people this cold and selfish should be running a business and would like to make other people aware what they’re like and think before buying. They also don’t have a portal for refunds, Boohoo, PLT and Pink Boutique have. I also am a regular buyer from those 3 and I haven’t had any issues with them at all, if I have had to send an outfit back I get my refund and there’s no problems. This is the first time I have sent something back with Sorelleuk, and it’s been declined. I’d advise girls to unfollow and look elsewhere, the people who own and manage this company are as good as scammers to do this to me and many other women. Oh and I also have got emails where I sent them one the day it arrived stating it is too small, how can I send it back? Then I looked on the website and figured it out and emailed them and said I have sorted it now. Clearly haven’t worn the dress, vile greedy people.

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing an expensive dress that they will not now refund! They say it smells of strong perfume & it has been worn! It literally came a hour before my daughter left for holiday, was slightly too big so she left it for me to return! She hasn’t even got back from holiday yet so I’m not sure how it could have been worn! They must expect that all bodies must be fully sanitised before trying on their clothing!!!
I now have to pay another £6.99 to get the dress back or they will “dispose of it”!!
